In making health information videos, especially regarding sexually transmitted infections, it is necessary to know what factors affect the quality of YouTube videos. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the number of viewers, the number of likes, and the number of comments with video content, video duration, video packaging, source of ownership of youtube videos with search results for sexually transmitted infections and HIV / AIDS keywords in Indonesia on YouTube. This research is an analytical study using quantitative methods with a cross-sectional study design approach. The population in the study was 218 videos with search results for the keyword sexually transmitted infections and the keyword HIV / AIDS in Indonesia. The results showed that the number of viewers had a relationship with the source of video ownership (ρ = 0.001), the number of likes had a relationship with the video packaging (ρ = 0,000) and the source of video ownership (ρ = 0,000), the number of comments had a relationship with the video packaging (ρ = 0,000) and the source of video ownership (ρ = 0.013). Intelligence to the community can continue to be carried out by making promotional, preventive, rehabilitative videos of human health both in terms of healthy living behavior and in terms of diseases accompanied by completeness and validity of health information.
