The unit for the manure application rates should be Mg ha–1 yr–1, not kg ha–1 yr–1. In addition, the fertilizer application unit should be kg N ha–1 instead of kg ha–1. The units are correct everywhere else in the manuscript and these errors do not change the results and discussion. The correct title for Table 3 and captions for Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 are shown below.
