Factors Influencing on the Evaluation System of Cold Chain Logistics Services for Agricultural Products in Guangxi Province, The People’s Republic of China

The objectives of this study were: (1) To study the factors that affect the evaluation system of cold chain logistics services for agricultural products in Guangxi Province, the People’s Republic of China. (2) To study the relationships between influence factors and the evaluation system of cold chain logistics services for agricultural products in Guangxi Province, the People’s Republic of China. (3) To build a model of relationship between quality management and the evaluation system of cold chain logistics services and propose suggestion for improving the evaluation system of cold chain logistics services for agricultural products in Guangxi Province, the People’s Republic of China. The study employed a mixed research methodology. In the quantitative analysis section, a questionnaire survey was conducted using simple random sampling. In the qualitative part of the analysis, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight senior managers from agricultural production departments, logistics management companies, fresh agricultural product sales companies, hotels, and government departments. The data analysis utilized statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and structural equation model. Major Findings: the factors influencing the evaluation system of cold chain logistics services for agricultural products in Guangxi Province were examined. The identified influencing factors included agricultural product cold chain logistics quality management, logistics environment, and transportation efficiency. It was found that agricultural product cold chain logistics quality management has a significant positive impact on the logistics environment, transportation efficiency, and agricultural product cold chain logistics service evaluation system. At the same time, the logistics environment and transportation efficiency have a significant positive impact on the agricultural product cold chain logistics service evaluation system. This study presents the issues with the development of the cold chain logistics service evaluation system for agricultural products in Guangxi, along with countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.(1)Full utilization of existing resources to promote industrialization and modernization of fresh agricultural product logistics; (2) Development of a systematic agricultural product cold chain logistics system to support the agricultural product industry; (3)Strengthening the construction of cold chain supply chains for urban and rural agricultural products; (4)Expediting the introduction of energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable long- and short-distance cold chain transport vehicles; (5)The application of information technology is To be encouraged with a view to enhancing the efficiency and transparency of cold chain logistics.

Economic Supply Chain Management System of Farm Products Industry Based on the Belt and Road Under the Background of Big Data

Under the strategic background of "One Belt, One Road", the future farm products industry will also become part of the country's core competitiveness. Promoting the transformation of enterprises in the supply chain is conducive to cultivating the country's core competitiveness and creating good output conditions for my country's manufacturing industry. Under the national strategy of "One Belt, One Road", the agricultural product industry is facing new development opportunities. This paper analyzes the background, significance and existing basic problems of the "One Belt, One Road". Starting from the economic development of the national agricultural product industry, it uses the cluster analysis algorithm to analyze the current overall economic situation of the agricultural product industry, points out the current problems in the industry, and believes that the future farm The product industry is facing greater pressure for transformation and upgrading. Finally, combined with the strategic background of "One Belt One Road", from the perspectives of society, government and enterprises, analyze its supply chain process, extract relevant problems, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of intra-chain, extra-chain and their interactive integration .

Pengaruh Pengungkapan Modal Intelektual, Asimetri Informasi, dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Manajemen Laba Riil

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of intellectual capital disclosure using Intellectus Model, information asymmetry, and profitability through the ratio of ROA (Return on Assets) on real earnings management in primary consumer goods companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2019 period. This research is a quantitative study which using secondary data that were obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the form of annual financial report. The sample selection used is purposive sampling method in order to obtain 25 companies. The criteria used in this study were as follows: sample selection criteria and for companies that have been registered since 2014, not classified as primary consumer goods or agricultural food product industry, and have complete financial report data from 2015-2019. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) through the Statistical Package for the Science 25 (SPSS 25) program with data tabulated using Microsoft Excel. The results of this study indicate that: intellectual capital disclosure using Intellectus Model has no effect on real earnings management, information asymmetry has a positive effect on real earnings management, while profitability through the ratio of ROA have no effect on real earnings management.

Indicators of digitalization technologies in the agricultural production, food industry and marketing sectors - a review

Some Arab countries have faced many problems in the growth of the economy, which depends largely on agricultural production, food industries, marketing and electronic commerce. This review came to extract the most important advantages and obstacles to the application of digitalization techniques in the agricultural production sector, food industries, and electronic marketing to identify them in a deductive manner. It has become clear that the most important obstacles facing the application of digitization are the legal legislation related to the application of digitization techniques, as well as digital illiteracy in rural society in particular, in addition to the deterioration of the infrastructure necessary for the application of digitization techniques. It recommended that a long-run strategy developed to apply digitalization techniques in agricultural production, food industries, marketing and electronic commerce. Innovative Methods for Diagnosis Evergreen Utilizing Ultraspectral Image Inspection: A Review

Plant diseases result in large financial losses in the global agricultural production industry. Regarding crop production, early disease detection, measurement, and identification are essential for the focused use of control measures. Extensive scientific research is now underway to provide novel hyperspectral technology-based solutions for plant disease diagnosis. By looking at the reflectance spectrum of plant tissue, you can tell the difference between healthy and sick plants, figure out how bad the disease is, name different pathogen species, and find early signs of biotic stress, even when the symptoms are not readily apparent to the unaided eye during the incubation phase. The review covers of fundamentals determining the reflectance spectrum of plant tissue. There is a discussion and evaluation of the potential applications of several kinds of hyperspectral Sensor technology and platforms for plant disease examination. Hyperspectral analysis, a relatively new field, employs techniques from image analysis and optical spectroscopy to measure physiological and morphological characteristics simultaneously. The following are the key phases of hyperspectral data analysis: modeling and data analysis; data extraction and processing; and picture collection and pre-processing. The algorithms and techniques used in each step are listed, then examine the primary uses of hyperspectral sensors in plant disease diagnosis, which include illness detection, disease classification and identification, damage assessment, andgenetic resistance evaluation. An extensive analysis of scholarly literature highlights the advantages of hyperspectral technology in investigating pathogen-plant interactions across various measurement scales. Despite significant advancements in plant disease monitoring using hyperspectral technology over the past few decades, several unresolved technical issues still hinder their practical application. Finally, we explore the issues and future directions for the application of new technology in agriculture.

Agricultural products industry chain construction based on multiple regression analysis on the innovation of rural management mode

Abstract This paper constructs a multiple regression analysis model of the agricultural industry chain with rural environment and economic management and estimates the model parameters using the least squares method. The linear correlation between the variables is analyzed based on the variance expansion coefficient, standardization coefficient, complex correlation coefficient and other indicators, and the regression problem is analyzed for significance. Then the antidifferential Kalman filter optimization method of least squares and the threshold denoising optimization method based on wavelet decomposition and reconstruction transformation are introduced to optimize the model parameters to improve the model performance. Finally, the impact of agricultural industry chain construction on the rural environment and economic management is analyzed based on the model. The correlation coefficients between the three dimensions of agricultural product industry chain management and the performance of rural economic management are 0.318, 0.468, 0.416, and the correlation coefficients between them and the performance of rural environmental management are 0.297, 0.528, and 0.529, respectively, which indicates that rural agricultural product industry chain construction can promote rural management.

History of Modern Agronomy Physics: Contribution and Significance of A.F. Ioffe Works

The paper highlights that research in the field of agricultural physics in this country began in the 1930s and is closely linked to the renowned physicist Abram Fedorovich Ioffe. Under his leadership, the world’s first Agrophysical Research Institute was established in 1932. A.F. Ioffe directed this institute from 1932 to 1942 and from 1954 to 1959. These periods are particularly noteworthy in terms of the scientist’s contributions to formulating and executing the institute’s objectives. (Research purpose) The paper aims to examine A.F. Ioffe’s role in the development of agrophysical science during his tenure as the director of the Agrophysical Institute from 1954 to 1959. (Materials and methods) The research is grounded in the analysis of archival materials, reports detailing research activities of the Agrophysical Research Institute, publications, and A.F. Ioffe’s engagements from 1932 to 1959. The study explores the role of physics in shaping and refining methods within domestic agricultural production. The paper presents the outcomes of theoretical and applied research conducted under the guidance of A.F. Ioffe, particularly focusing on the development of measuring instruments for integration into control systems within industrial agricultural production. (Results and discussion) It was revealed that during A.F. Ioffe’s leadership periods, the methodology of an «electronic agronomist» was developed, marking a global pioneering achievement. The paper shows the integration of advanced physics achievements into agriculture, and highlights the use of semiconductor devices to monitor the physical and chemical parameters of the soil, as well as external factors affecting crop life. (Conclusions) The paper underscores the pivotal role played by the scientist and organizer A.F. Ioffe during the emergence and development of domestic agronomic physics. It points out the primary directions of agrophysical work and the results achieved directly under the leadership of A.F. Ioffe. The paper also sheds light on their contribution to developing the main research directions in the field of agronomic physics, which continue to be pertinent in modern conditions.

An empirical investigation on the impact of green human resources management and green leadership on green work engagement

This research examines the interaction among green human resource management, green leadership, green work engagement, and green organizational culture within an emerging market. Specifically, the research investigates the mediating role of green organizational culture in the relationship between green human resource management, green leadership, and green work engagement in Vietnam's agricultural products industry. Data was collected from 380 employees, revealing that green human resource management and green leadership have a positive effect on green work engagement. Moreover, the findings demonstrate that green organizational culture plays a mediating role in the association between green human resource management, green leadership, and green work engagement. These results contribute to the existing theoretical framework of green human resource management, offering insights into the influence of green human resource management and green leadership on green work engagement through green organizational culture. The research highlights the significance of effective implementation of green human resource management initiatives, green leadership, and the promotion of a green organizational culture to foster employee engagement in environmentally sustainable work practices.

Freshness-Keeping Strategy of Logistics Service Providers: The Role of the Interaction between Blockchain and Overconfidence

As a result of the increasing scrutiny of fresh products, greengrocers are now forced to concern themselves with the deterioration of their products’ freshness and employ blockchain technology as a tracing system. However, in the logistics system, the third-party logistics service provider (LSP) is motivated to be overconfident in order to extract extra profits, thus intensifying the dilemma faced by the fresh agricultural product industry. This paper focuses on the association between blockchain technology and overconfidence, in which the third-party LSP is supposed to overestimate the effect of the retailer’s freshness keeping measures. Differing from the previous literature, we analyze a situation wherein blockchain technology is adopted with explicit execution. Based on the optimal control model, we obtained three main conclusions: First, the overconfidence of a third-party LSP does not damage the logistics system but changes the freshness-keeping strategy of the retailer. Second, interestingly, although blockchain technology performs effectively when it is adopted as an initially established system with a freshness keeping strategy, it is not always a wise decision for managers to adopt a blockchain, especially when adopting it as a countermeasure for overconfidence. Third, we found that blockchain technology has a greater effect on freshness-keeping than overconfidence. Thus, in the fresh agricultural product industry, managers should adopt blockchain technology before overconfidence occurs and pay more attention to exogenous prices and freight to decide whether to adopt blockchain technology.

Analysis on the establishment of natural reserves and the transfer of agricultural labor forces taking Jiangxi Province as an example*

Purpose The purpose of this study was to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the impact and its mechanism on the transfer of agricultural labor forces in the surrounding areas resulting from the establishment of a natural reserve, which holds great significance. The significance of this analysis is on the ecological protection of the natural reserve and the coordinated development of local social economy.Design/methodology/approach This study first performs an analysis on the impact and its mechanism on the establishment of the natural reserve on the transfer of agricultural labor forces from two aspects, which are push and pull factors. Then, based on county panel data in Jiangxi Province from 1995 to 2012, this study builds a generalized difference-in-difference model and performs an empirical study on the impact, heterogeneity and its mechanism on the establishment of the natural reserve on the transfer of agricultural labor forces.Findings The empirical analysis reveals that the establishment of natural reserves would significantly promote the transfer of agricultural labor forces to non-agricultural sectors. The robust test and placebo test with changed estimation methods verify the robust of the result. The result passes the parallel trend test and shows that the impact is most significant within one year after the implementation of the policy. From the mechanism analysis, the impact mainly comes from the “push” effect brought by the restricted development of agricultural production and primary industry on agricultural labor forces, and the “pull” effect brought by the development of local tertiary industry.Originality/value The conclusion of this study enriches the understanding of the internal mechanism between the establishment of natural reserves and the transfer of agricultural labor forces from the push and pull factors, and can provide reference for formulating policies to promote the coordinated development of natural reserve construction and regional social economy.

Resource Allocation for 5G Network Considering Privacy Protection in Edge Computing Environment

In the field of Internet of Things, mobile communication will be deeply integrated with industrial construction, biomedicine, agricultural production, transportation and other industries to fully realize the “Internet of Everything” and realize smart city and sustainable development. This paper intends to solve problems in increasing latency and consumption of energy and security after deploying Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) servers in single cell multi-user network model, and has advocated a strategy of allocating the resources of 5G communication in regards to the protection mechanism for privacy in the environment of edge computing. First of all, solution model for the problem is characterized as a model with time delay and energy consumption. Second, privacy is used to measure the uncertainty of data in order to quantify privacy data while computing the allocation of tasks and facilitate the design of objective function. Finally, the task migration problem of minimizing energy consumption under the limitation of completion time is constructed as a nonlinear 0–1 programming problem. Besides, we design the optimal resource allocation strategy of discrete algorithm of binary particle swarm optimization (BPSO) for problem solution. Results indicate that while the quantity of users is 100, the total user expenditure of proposed method is 18.3J, which is lower than 20.0J and 30.7J of the compared methods. Moreover, the proposed method has lower latency and energy consumption, which can well balance the load of MEC servers.

Sustainable model of agricultural product logistics integration based on intelligent blockchain technology

Agricultural product logistics plays a high role in the development of Chinese economy, which is the most important basic link in the process of agricultural industrialization, scale and modernization. The logistics of agricultural products in China has always been at a low standard of development, slow development or even stagnation. As the most basic and important agricultural product industry in the national economy, the degree and mode of development of agricultural products have a great impact on the development of Chinese economy and people’s quality of living. Therefore, new models and approaches for the construction and development of agricultural product logistics must be actively explored to promote the standardization and scale of China’s agricultural product logistics industry. Therefore, the paper constructed a sustainable model of agricultural products logistics integration based on blockchain technology, and proposed a comprehensive logistics model of agricultural products based on intelligent blockchain, which was expected to provide some help to solve the problems of supply and demand mismatch, quality safety management, agricultural product price fluctuation and other problems in the current agricultural product circulation. The paper first introduced the intelligent blockchain technology and the concept of agricultural product logistics integration, and then constructed a sustainable model of agricultural product logistics integration. The paper gave a general description of the model and conduct comparative experiments on its effectiveness. The paper found that the agricultural product logistics industry based on intelligent blockchain technology could achieved at least 40% of the additional revenue. After verification, the limitations of intelligent blockchain technology were also proposed and corresponding suggestions are given. At the end of this paper, the paper proposed that blockchain technology can realize the information visualization and traceability of the whole life cycle of products, which can effectively solve some new problems in the agricultural supply side structural reform and had broad application prospects.

Research on the Whole Rice Industry Chain Model from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization: Taking Qianshan City as an Example

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to comprehensively promote rural revitalization, adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas, and accelerate the construction of an agricultural power. Studying the supply chain of agricultural products is one of the ways to achieve rural revitalization, with the aim of providing agricultural products to consumers quickly and safely, while reducing costs in the supply chain and improving economic benefits. Rice, as one of the most important food crops, feeds over half of the population. Research on the rice supply chain has special significance, and rural revitalization policies provide new opportunities for the value-added and transformation upgrading of the entire rice industry chain. This article focuses on the hot issues of the agricultural product industry chain, taking Qianshan City, which has a well-developed industry chain in Anqing City, as an example. Through a questionnaire survey, it deeply studies the basic cognitive status, acceptance willingness, and influencing factors of farmers in the two cities and five counties under the jurisdiction of Anqing City on the entire rice industry chain. It also conducts multi-dimensional exploration and exploration on the existing problems and development strategies of the entire rice industry chain, and deeply analyzes the acceptance bottleneck of new models of the rice industry chain for farmers, On the one hand, it fills the gap in existing research content, and on the other hand, it has important practical significance for achieving the goal of rural revitalization. In response to the basic cognitive status of farmers on the entire rice industry chain, this article uses a cross contingency table to analyze the internal correlation between the respondents' basic information and cognitive status. Based on this, K-means clustering method is used to classify the respondents' relevant cognitive characteristics; In response to the willingness of farmers to accept the entire rice industry chain, the article constructs an evaluation index system for farmers' willingness to accept from four dimensions: acquisition mechanism, technology empowerment, government policies, and contract performance. Principal component analysis is used to comprehensively evaluate the degree of farmers' willingness to accept, and the structural process is used to explore the influence degree and path of their factors; In response to the existing problems and development strategies of the entire rice industry chain, text mining technology is used to explore future development suggestions for the rice industry chain model from the perspective of farmers. The article concludes with relevant conclusions based on the above analysis, and proposes scientific suggestions for the innovative development of the entire rice industry chain from five levels: government, enterprises, cooperatives, village committees, and farmers. The article aims to promote the nationwide application of the entire rice industry chain and assist in rural revitalization.

Usutu virus: An emerging flavivirus with potential threat to public health in Africa: Nigeria as a case study.

Usutu virus (USUV) is an arthropod-borne virus (arbovirus) of the flaviviridae family (genus Flavivirus) which belong to the Japanese encephalitis virus complex. Culex mosquitoes have been implicated in the transmission of this pathogen. The major susceptible hosts of USUV are migratory birds, thereby potentiating its ability to spread from one region to another globally. Nigeria has the largest economy in Africa with a significant percentage of the gross domestic product relying on the agricultural and animal production industry. This review explores the zoonotic potentials of the virus in Africa, especially Nigeria, with special focus on the devastating sequelae this might lead to in the future if necessary precautionary policies are not enacted and adopted to bolster the surveillance system for mosquito-borne viruses.

Negative Effects of Imidazolinone Herbicides Usage: Problems and Desicions

Currently, in industrial agricultural production, the best results are demonstrated by technological schemes for weed control based on the use of complexes of non-selective and selective herbicides in crop rotations. Herbicides of the imidazolinone group are well-known representatives of selective herbicides class. Commercial drugs based on them are widely represented on the market. At the same time, the negative consequences of using herbicides of the imidazolinone group are well known. They lead to disruption of natural soil biodiversity, inhibition of growth and decreasing in the yield of subsequent crops in crop rotations and the emergence of resistant weeds. The manuscript discusses the mechanisms of action of herbicides of the imidazolinone group, the current state of methods of their analysis in the soil, as well as approaches to reducing the negative effects of their usage.

Unprecedented external pressure and various kinds of sanctions imposed by the West against Russia increased risks for the Russian economy and reduced business investment activity for industrial modernization and the creation of modern infrastructure facilities. Thanks to a number of decisions taken by the state, including measures of state support, a good result was obtained in agricultural production, fisheries and processing industries. It is necessary to preserve the results achieved in the production of agricultural raw materials and the extraction of aquatic biological resources, to prevent a decrease in food production, to maintain price stability in the food market. Exports of raw materials and finished products, of course, need to be developed, but not to the detriment of the domestic food market. In modern conditions of confrontation with the West, it is extremely important to establish the production of domestic seed material of agricultural crops, expand the range of manufactured technological equipment, and put modern fishing vessels into operation in a timely manner. In order to stabilize prices, attract investments necessary to create a modern infrastructure for the storage and logistics of agricultural raw materials and food, the state should create certain preferences for business, as well as help improve access to markets for finished products of small businesses and local producers.

A Study of the Factors Influencing Futures in the Agricultural Industry Based on Multiple Linear Regression Models—Take Corn Futures Prices as An Example

With the development of the COVID-19 and the intensification of global warming, agricultural production is highly volatile and the global food crisis may further intensify. According to the recent studies in China and the United States, the research on the influencing factors of agricultural products is crucial. In this paper, when analyzing the influencing factors of agricultural products industry based on multiple linear regression model, the corn industry is taken as an example. The independent variables China CPI, U.S. CPI, China-U.S. exchange rate, S&P 500 index and export agricultural price index are selected, and the dependent variables are China corn futures price Y1 and U.S. corn futures price Y2, and the data all started from August 2021 to end in July 2022. Spss software is used to get the final corresponding results. A comparison of the factors influencing corn futures prices in China and the U.S. shows that corn futures prices fluctuate due to studied factors and that corn dominates agricultural futures in both countries. Moreover, as living standards improve, the demand for corn changes in different directions in these two countries, but both countries will experience less investment in agricultural futures.
