The Space Systems Technical Panel

The Space Systems Technical Panel of the IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Society (AESS) was conceived in 2000 and established in 2001. The aims and main activities of the panel are highlighted together with an overview of the status of some ongoing key European space programs.

Data encryption seminar

An “Information Protection ” seminar was conducted at the University of Roma Tor Vergata, in Rome, Italy, November 21,2000, hosted by the Universita di Roma Tor Vergata (DISP) and Vito Voterra Centre, and the IEEE Central & South Italy Section (Chaired by Prof. D. Solimini). The Signal Processing (SP) and Aerospace and Electronic Systems Society (AESS) Chapter of the IEEE Student Branch in Tor Vergata organized the meeting with support from the IEEEIAESS Central Offices.
