Introduction: COVID-19 is a condition carried upon by those infected with the SARS-COV-2 coronavirus. Hypercoagulability is one of the many signs of COVID-19. Although the etiology leading to this hypercoagulable state remains unclear, some studies have suggested that it may be linked to alterations in prothrombic factors and the disease's cytokine storm. One of the uncommon side effects brought on by a sudden drop in arterial limb perfusion is acute limb ischemia (ALI). Case description: A 64-year-old woman confirmed COVID-19 patient who has acute limb ischemia on the right lower extremities and is in serious condition. The patient had an above-knee amputation in addition to a thrombectomy. Conclusion: Acute limb ischemia is a threatened life condition that the presence of COVID-19 can aggravate. Early diagnosis and treatment of this therapy are necessary for a good prognosis.
