A study of trust and satisfaction with local authorities in Ukraine. The impact of populism

The article analyzes a number of aspects and factors that, in the authors’ opinion, influence the penetration of populism into local government. It is the aspect of trust that can influence the penetration and even greater influence of populism in local self-government. The authors highlight such important topics as the factors that would contribute to the success of populism and the specifics of its manifestations at the local level. Special attention is paid to the analysis of trust and satisfaction of Ukrainian citizens with the work of local authorities, based and analyzed on empirical data obtained in cooperation with the sociological center "Factum Group". The article considers populism in local politics as a phenomenon that requires serious attention and analysis. It can have negative consequences for local self-government and lead to political instability and insufficient effectiveness of decisions. One of the main problems with populism is its focus on short-term, populist promises and rhetoric instead of the need for long-term planning and real development. This can lead to unjustified spending of resources and creating dependence on external financial sources, which can negatively affect the sustainability of the local economy. In addition, populism can undermine the principles of democracy and the rule of law. In the context of academic analysis, studying the impact of populism at the local government level is critical. This analysis is based on the works of R. Putnam and P. Sztompka. In the context of P. Sztompka's theory, the issue of trust in government and its importance for social institutions is considered. R. Putnam emphasizes that democracies and economies in society work better when there is citizen involvement. It was the involvement and influence of citizens on local government that became possible as a result of the decentralization process. Thus, these studies provide an understanding of what trends can affect social processes and public life. The study of these aspects makes it possible to identify effective mechanisms for counteracting the potential threats of populism, which is important for assessing the general prospects for the development of the state and its social stability. To overcome this problem, active participation of citizens, strengthening of civil society institutions, development of critical thinking and principles of openness and transparency are needed. In the future, we need further research on the aspects of influence and raising questions about other factors and systems of influence on the appearance of populists in local authorities, in order to know what local authorities should pay attention to in order to strengthen trust and resist the spread of populism. Which, as the authors note, are mutually dependent processes.

"We are not being taught sustainable citizenship!"

Education on sustainability is a crucial goal that requires a transformative shift in teacher education to drive meaningful changes oriented to action. A cross-sectional study with an exploratory design investigated preservice science teachers' perceptions regarding teaching sustainable citizenship, specifically focusing on the climate crisis and earthquakes-tsunamis. The study was conducted in two Chilean universities with similar teacher preparation programs. The team designed a podcast series, which was used and evaluated by the 13 participants through action research. Three group discussions explored their perceptions of the resources, as well as the aims and challenges of teaching sustainable citizenship and the podcasts. We used Grounded Theory steps, including triangulation by the researchers to ensure reliability, to qualitatively analyse the data. The results reveal a constraint on teaching in areas where the participants lacked the necessary preparation and background knowledge as students and preservice teachers. The main challenges were related to interdisciplinarity, the social dimension of socio-scientific issues and context-responsive teaching methods. The perceived aims were the development of students' critical thinking, informed positioning, and encouraging active citizen participation. Preservice teachers found the podcast series to be a valuable new epistemic and pedagogical resource that can support their efforts to teach sustainable citizenship and implement pedagogical strategies. The autonomous usage of the device triggered reflection processes, particularly regarding the human rights perspective, which unveiled the socio-political dimensions inherent in science education. It promoted personal re-positioning as active citizens and educators and empowered them to seek out and pursue the changes needed to reshape future classrooms. We discuss these findings in the context of teacher preparation and the use of educational technology in teacher education.

Enhancing governance through anti-corruption strategies: Exemplary approaches and obstacles

The article examines the fight against corruption in contemporary public administration, specifically analysing the factors that affect the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures in the context of globalization and rapid technological development. One crucial aspect of successful anti-corruption policy is studying and applying best practices. This includes analysing the experiences of other countries and implementing international standards. Relevant government bodies should designate effective methods for detecting, preventing, and responding to corruption. The development of transparent and effective institutions is considered the foremost priority in anti-corruption management. Attention is drawn to the role of independent anti-corruption bodies in ensuring the effective functioning of the system. The research also focuses on interaction with the public and the role of citizens in the anti-corruption process. Ways to enhance civic awareness, legal culture, and active citizen participation in the fight against corruption are identified. An additional aspect of the analysis is the study of international experience and partnerships in anti-corruption programs. The paper evaluates the effectiveness of international cooperation and the implementation of best practices from other countries in combating corruption. It also identifies the main challenges that arise in implementing anti-corruption policies during times of war, such as resource shortages, the impact of globalization on corrupt practices, and adapting to changes in modern society. Developing strategies to overcome challenges is necessary to improve anti-corruption policy and create an effective system for combating corruption in all areas of society.

Fortaleciendo la transparencia y la ética en la contabilidad pública: desafíos y perspectivas en América Latina

The modernization of public accounting in Latin America is conclusive in a globalized context and economic crisis. This study analyzes the need to adapt to a competitive environment, highlighting the International Public Sector Accounting Standards as essential tools to improve government management. It focuses on professional ethics and transparency in the management of public resources, citing examples of legislation and practices in Latin America. The objective is to address ethical challenges in government accounting through a comprehensive approach that includes the promotion of ethical practices, training in values, strategic use of technology and active citizen participation. The research concludes that these measures will strengthen transparency and integrity in the management of public resources in Latin America, promoting a solid and sustainable ethical culture in the public sector.

What Will Be the Future of Zeropay, A Strategic Fintech Policy of Seoul Metropolitan Government

Objective: This study investigates the various perspectives on the perceived failure of government-led financial policy, particularly ZeroPay. We aim to propose strategies to lead ZeroPay to a successful market position by understanding the reasons behind this perception. Theoretical Framework: This paper is based on the theory of citizen participation in e-government and discusses the ZeroPay policy and citizen participation. Method: By comparing and analyzing the issues at the start of the policy and those that arose over the past five years, problems are identified, and solutions are derived. This paper finds out why ZeroPay has produced such results and why people think it is a failure, and discusses how to lead ZeroPay in the market successfully. Results and Discussion: The biggest problems with ZeroPay are the inconvenience of payment methods, lack of credit card benefits, and lack of participation by small business owners and citizens. For the service to be successful, it is necessary to attract sustainable interest and participation from citizens and small business owners and cooperate with financial institutions and companies. Research Implications: The government-led payment service has been unable to overcome the limitations raised when it was launched. Participating required much work for citizens and small business owners. For the service's success, the active participation of citizens, small business owners, and the private sector is necessary. Originality/Value: This paper discusses the importance of citizen participation in SGM cases. We discuss whether cooperation with the private sector and active participation of citizens, rather than government-led, are essential for success.

Structure and Functioning of Urban Local Bodies in Infrastructure and its Challenges

India's society is now characterised by widespread urbanisation. Millions of people are moving to cities in search of employment because cities are the main benefactors of globalisation and are growing in population. This shows that Indian cities must act as the engine for the country's economy's structural change. Infrastructure has to be improved and upgraded, which necessitates active cooperation from both the state and federal governments. The 73rd and 74th Amendments to the Constitution, which aim to establish an institutional framework for bringing about grass- roots democracy through the use of genuinely self-governing local bodies in both urban and rural areas of the nation, provide a clear mandate for democratic decentralisation in addition to the directive principle of state policy. The subjects covered in this research study include various urban local bodies, their relevance, their organisation, their tasks and responsibilities, and their problems and difficulties. Urban Local Bodies must deal with issues such financial scarcity, unplanned urbanisation, excessive state government control, and the proliferation of agencies, Low level of People’s Participation in socio-economic development. And how can the financial independence of urban local governments be increased? By incorporating technology, e-governance, financial instruments like municipal bonds, ensuring active citizen participation, and improving grievance redressal mechanisms. Basic Disaster Skills During and After Disaster According to the Opinions of Firefig

This qualitative research was conducted with 19 experienced firefighters from the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department, aiming to identify the essential skills citizens need during and after disasters. The study includes in-depth insights and experiences of the participants. According to the research results, primary skills highlighted during disasters include remaining calm, communication proficiency, moving to safe zones, trusting and collaborating with experts, and minimizing damage. Secondary skills emphasize practical abilities such as going to assembly points, reaching high places, possessing first aid knowledge, effective communication and information sharing, and preventing hazardous situations. The research indicates that citizens are expected to focus on primary skills like assisting search and rescue teams, going to assembly points, maintaining healthy communication and coordination, staying calm and hopeful, and collaborating with search and rescue teams during and after disasters. Secondary skills such as first aid, hygiene, personal care, social and psychological support aim to protect citizens' health, provide emotional support, and strengthen community solidarity after disasters. This research contributes significantly to promoting active citizen participation in disaster management and the development of curricula and policies based on disaster literacy skills.

Toward a Critical Sociology of Campus Sexual Assault: Victim Advocacy as the Lifeworld Resisting the System

As scholars, practitioners and activists continue to strive to better understand, prevent and respond to campus sexual assault, we need stronger conceptual frameworks that provide insight into both causes and potential solutions. In this article, I propose a critical sociology of campus sexual assault, informed by Jürgen Habermas’s and Dorothy Smith’s work, and illustrated through data from interviews with campus sexual assault victim advocates. Specifically, I examine how understanding policies and practices operating primarily through the system versus the lifeworld can help us to identify those that serve institutions versus those that serve survivors. I argue further that policies and practices that prioritize consensus, self-articulation, and care—those that promote a particular understanding of the “lifeworld”—can help us to resist systemic oppression that contributes to the problem of campus sexual assault, potentially strengthening our response to this problem. I argue that our best hope for more effective efforts to reduce and ultimately eliminate campus sexual assault requires collaboration among academics, activists and advocates who center the experiences of survivors, in the spirit of critical theory’s insistence on the active participation of citizens in their own emancipation from oppressive systems.

Reimagining Democracy: An Exploration of Anies Baswedan's "Desak Anies" Program

Global democracy is at a crossroads, amidst geopolitical turmoil and socioeconomic upheaval. Despite widespread support for democratic principles such as popular sovereignty and civic involvement, their practical implementation is frequently hampered by entrenched power dynamics and vested interests. Anies Baswedan's pioneering "Desak Anies" program in Indonesia takes a novel approach to democratic government, questioning traditional top-down methods and calling for active citizen participation in decision-making processes. This study, based on theoretical frameworks proposed by authors such as Dahl and Rousseau, investigates the Desak Anies initiative's complex impact. The study's qualitative research approaches, which include a literature review and content analysis observations, aim to provide thorough insights into Desak Anies' transformative potential in transforming democratic behaviors. The findings show that Desak Anies had a significant impact on youth empowerment, instilling a sense of agency and political efficacy in young Indonesians. Furthermore, the program has made a substantial contribution to improving community cohesiveness by giving a forum for varied views to be heard and respected. Desak Anies has ushered in a new era of governmental openness, with an emphasis on open data projects and citizen involvement, which promote accountability and trust in government institutions; establishes a new benchmark for democratic renewal and sustainability by leveraging grassroots mobilization and adopting inclusive policies, providing a replicable model for advancing democracy and fostering inclusive government on a global scale.

Open Science for Fostering Seismologic Science Literacy

This paper reports on an attempt to introduce “open science” into the field of seismology to improve disaster literacy in seismology and related fields. The term “open science” has a variety of meanings, but the core idea is of diverse stakeholders “doing science collaboratively.” This study reports on four pieces of action research to improve seismology-related disaster literacy through the idea of “open science,” which focuses on “doing science collaboratively” with the active participation of citizens (non-experts) and researchers (experts). In particular, this study focuses on the “citizen science” perspective because disaster literacy, first and foremost, refers to the disaster literacy of the general public. Specifically, we improved earthquake literacy by operating the Abuyama Earthquake Observatory Science Museum; promoting citizen-participatory earthquake and tsunami evacuation drills by developing and implementing Nige-tore, a smartphone app to support tsunami evacuation drills; promoting the Minna de Honkoku project to decipher historical materials related to natural disasters through citizen involvement; and conducting a trial “open/citizen science”-oriented seismologic-data observation program, the Manten Project, for inland earthquake research.

Problematic issues in the budget system of Ukraine

The article discusses the problems and shortcomings in Ukraine's budget system. The main factors of inefficient budget execution are considered. The execution of Ukraine's state budget and trends in revenues and expenditures for 2026-2022 are analyzed, and the reasons for non-execution of the state budget are identified. It is determined that to avoid corruption in public administration, it is necessary to develop a set of methods covering all aspects of the system. The directions that will allow the formation of strong and independent anti-corruption agencies and institutions that will expand the powers to combat corruption are indicated. Measures to reform the justice system to enable fair consideration of corruption cases are highlighted. To eliminate financial abuses in Ukraine's budget system, proposals have been made to ensure transparency and openness of public administration. It is determined that innovations, especially technologies, can be used to create more reliable systems for managing public finances. It is proved that the budget system should be the center of internal control and audit within the organization. Strengthening these processes will ensure prompt detection and elimination of potential violations. All these measures should have public support and active participation of citizens in monitoring the conditions for spending budget funds. Only an open and inclusive system can prevent the misuse of funds. It is also proposed to expand Ukrainians' access to information and improve e-government systems, which will reduce corruption and meet ethical standards for civil servants to maintain integrity in public authorities. Possible methods of combating the main obstacles of the budget system have been put forward, and recommendations have been added to normalize the economic and social situation by overcoming problematic issues that negatively affect the state of the country. The main problem – inefficient distribution of budget funds – has been studied. In the example of the local budget of the Zaporizhzhia region, the main directions of budget distribution are considered. THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN ENHANCING THE EFFICIENCY OF MECHANISMS FOR IMPLEMENTING PUBLIC POLICY ON MANAGING SOCIAL CONFLICTS IN UKRAINE

In the article, the role of digital technologies in enhancing the efficiency of mechanisms implementing public policy for managing social conflicts in Ukraine is examined. The analysis underscores the importance of utilizing digital innovations, such as e-governance, mobile applications, and digital platforms, in fostering interaction between civil society and the government. The advantages of digital tools, including increased transparency, active citizen participation, and prompt response to social conflicts, are highlighted. Emphasis is placed on how the development of digital literacy in the population contributes to the implementation of innovations and the establishment of a sustainable mechanism for managing social conflicts in Ukraine. It is emphasized that Ukraine, with its multi-layered socio-cultural environment, faces unique challenges in the realm of social conflicts. Digital technologies, considering the peculiarities of the national context, can act as a catalyst for improving understanding among various social groups, providing broader access to information, and enabling the expression of diverse perspectives. In the conclusions of the article, the potential of digital technologies as tools for constructively resolving social conflicts and strengthening social coordination is highlighted. The importance of continued investments in digital infrastructure and programs for the development of digital literacy is underscored for the sustainable implementation of digital mechanisms for managing social conflicts in Ukrainian society.

The Evolution of Mako Brimob Kelapa Dua Depok Strategy in Security Ahead of the 2024 Elections from the Threat of Terrorism

Indonesia is a democratic country where general elections serve as a fundamental pillar in realizing democratic principles and act as a crucial mechanism ensuring active citizen participation in determining their representatives. Given the significance of the election moment as a pivotal point in Indonesia's political dynamics, it brings about a vulnerable risk of security disturbances, including terrorism threats. Indonesia bears a significant presence of terrorism, ranking third in the Asia-Pacific region according to the Global Terrorism Index 2023. The aim of this research is to elucidate the evolution of security strategies implemented by Mako Brimob Kelapa Dua Depok in facing terrorism threats related to the 2024 elections. The research method employed is qualitative, utilizing theories of security intelligence, social construction, and terrorism concepts. The results indicate that the 2024 General Election in Indonesia is a crucial political event, with a primary focus on anticipating terrorism threats due to the perceived intense political dynamics, increased political polarization, fierce competition among political parties, and extensive use of social media. Forms of terrorism leading up to the election include physical attacks, cyber-attacks, voter intimidation, and potential political conflicts. Security intelligence strategies in facing terrorism have evolved to involve prevention, intervention, and recovery. Strategic steps include establishing specialized intelligence agencies, technological advancements, and inter-agency collaboration. The evolution of security strategies related to the 2024 elections encompasses increased intelligence activities, enhanced intervention capabilities, and preparation for post-terrorism recovery. Active Citizenship as an Integrating Axis between Health in All Policies and the Well-being Economy

The persistence of social inequities has affected the quality of life of the population in many countries for a long time. To counteract this situation, multinational agencies have proposed several political/technical alternatives among which Health in All Policies and the Well-being Economy stand out; in which the interaction of various sectors together with society at large is crucial to achieve the goals set in all areas. The aim of this review is to provide an overview of some of the main enablers that bring the two initiatives together, emphasising the active participation of citizens as a support for achieving the social justice and sustainable development goals of governments. In the research, we used an interpretative synthesis method in three phases: an exploration of the empirical work supporting Health in All Policies and its connection to Wellbeing Economy; a study of the theory of community social capital as a basis for building inclusive community participation; and finally, we analysed the fundamental elements that enable population groups, particularly the most vulnerable, to share power in making decisions that concern them according to their real and felt needs and problems. The results lead us to conclude that it is necessary for governments to privilege citizen power as a convergent strategic axis to strengthen their own institutions, both in the design and implementation of actions undertaken in the effort to mitigate social inequities through Health in All Policies and Well-being Economy

범죄예방에 있어서 시민참여의 한계

Citizens perceive crime prevention as the task of a criminal justice institution, but the police, one of the criminal justice institutions, has a vacuum in crime prevention and policing activities due to excessive policing duties. Accordingly, the participation of the private sector in crime prevention, that is, a way to activate citizen participation, was actively discussed among criminal and criminal justice and police scholars and practitioners. However, civic participation in crime prevention is currently experiencing many limitations rather than being activated.
 This study intends to examine the limitations by exploring the types and limitations of citizen participation in crime prevention and deriving problems.
 As a result, there is a limit to civic participation. First, there is a lack of publicity for the Citizens Police Academy due to the lack of channels for citizen participation in crime prevention activities. Second, the simplification of the participating organizations or participating personnel of the crime prevention conference. Third, there is a limit to citizens' awareness and participation in reporting crimes. Fourth, it was considered as insufficient support for autonomous crime prevention unit activities. Therefore, future research directions were suggested through consideration of the limitations.

The Criminal Law Policy on the General Election System in Indonesia

General elections are a crucial pillar of democracy in Indonesia, allowing citizen participation in selecting leaders and shaping policies. Strong criminal law policies are necessary to preserve the integrity of elections, despite challenges in consistent law enforcement and clear definitions of election violations. The aim of this research is to assess the implementation and effectiveness of criminal law policies in preventing and addressing election violations in Indonesia and to identify their impact on the election process. The research findings indicate that the implementation of criminal law policies in preventing and addressing election violations is crucial. This is achieved through stringent election regulations, strict enforcement of criminal sanctions, careful monitoring and investigation, and swift handling of violations. The effectiveness of criminal law policies is also evident in deterring violations, ensuring transparency in funding, and active citizen participation in monitoring. Criminal law policies have a significant impact on the election process. Positive impacts include efforts to prevent election crimes, protect voting rights, and address election law violations through strict regulations. Prevention of election crimes such as spreading false information and the use of violence is tightly regulated to maintain election integrity. Protecting voters' rights is a focal point, with prohibitions against bribery and intimidation practices. However, the negative impact lies in the potential misuse of criminal law for political purposes, which can undermine the principles of presumption of innocence and human rights.

The role and activities of the public in the implementation of anti-corruption reforms

The article is devoted to an important and topical issue of legal description of the role and activities of the public in the implementation of anti-corruption reforms.
 Countering corruption has always been an important task for Ukraine. It has been proven that the public is the most interested stakeholder in the fight against corruption. It is the members of civil society who want to live in a state governed by the rule of law, where the principles of equality, publicity and transparency are truly in place. And the success of anti-corruption changes depends on the willingness and participation of every member of civil society.
 It is noted that civil society involves active participation of citizens in political processes, civil dialogue and various public initiatives. Its main goal is to protect the rights and interests of citizens, as well as to oversee the activities of government agencies and prevent possible abuses.
 The legal and numerous doctrinal definitions of the concept of “public” and its components in the context of anti-corruption reforms are analysed.
 It is substantiated that the experience of involving the public in the implementation of anti-corruption reforms can be successful only if representatives of public authorities and business are open and transparent.
 It is emphasised that citizens and civil society organisations play an important role in combating corruption, as they serve as advocates for the public interest, provide independent oversight, mobilise communities, protect whistleblowers, advocate for policy reforms and promote transparency, accountability and good governance. In particular, citizens are empowered to demand responsibility, act as whistleblowers, influence policy and elections, raise public awareness and promote ethical values. Their participation is essential for the development of transparent, accountable and corruption-free societies. Civil society organisations are also important actors in the anti-corruption fight in Ukraine. Their independent oversight, advocacy, support for whistleblowers, policy analysis and engagement with citizens contribute significantly to the promotion of transparency, accountability and good governance in the country.

Citizens participation and local government responsiveness in Enugu State, Nigeria (2008-2015)

Citizen participation entails transparency, accountability, inclusiveness, efficiency and effectiveness to enhance trust in governance through consultative and joint decision-making process in line with the wellbeing of citizens’. The paper portends that if citizens are allowed to partake in decision making, the system will respond satisfactorily to the collective preferences of its populace. Nigeria local governments are shrouded in secrecy without citizens’ involvement in government activities. The drivers of local authorities carryout their functions without any sense of loyalty, responsiveness, and accountability to people at the grassroots but to governors and godfathers in Nigeria with particular reference to Enugu state. Secondary source of data were consulted and content analysis were employed to determine the relevance of the materials, theories were used to explain the relationship of the variables. The paper recommends that Nigeria local government need a well democratic structure of local authorities to enhance citizen participation in governmental activities. There need to be some legal mechanism in place for elected officials to involve citizens in planning, execution, and evaluation of programmes and projects in their area. This will serve as a fertile ground for community leaders and traditional rulers to contribute their own quota for national development at the grassroots.

Partisipasi Politik dalam Pembangunan Desa di Kecamatan Sayan Kabupaten Melawi

The Politics of Empowering the Community in village development in the Sayan District is crucial in enhancing active citizen participation in the policy-making process, decision-making, and implementation of village development programs. Political participation in the Sayan District can take the form of direct participation through village meetings, participation through representative mechanisms, as well as participation through collective action and advocacy. Strong political participation can reinforce the independence of the village in managing natural, social, and economic resources in the Sayan District. Through political participation, residents can voice their interests and aspirations, making policies and village development programs more responsive to the needs and expectations of the residents. Additionally, political participation can also improve accountability and transparency in village financial management and the development of village infrastructure in the Sayan District. However, there are challenges in promoting political participation in villages in the Sayan District, such as the lack of awareness among the community about the importance of political participation, limited access to information, and the insufficient skills and capacities of the community in managing village resources. Therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen community political participation in the Sayan District, including enhancing political literacy, developing inclusive participation mechanisms, and empowering village communities in sustainable resource management

A Study of the Availability and Demand of Digital Services for the Manifestation of Social and Political Activity by Citizens

In recent decades, scientists have been discussing ways of involving the population in social and political processes. Terms such as “civic participation,” “civic control,” “participation in the government of the power-poor,” etc. are widely used in scholarly discourse on this subject. The research related to social and political activities is conducted within various thematic areas based on “political participation theory” and “participatory democracy theory,” as well as on “theories of economic and digital inequalities.” According to the vast majority of scientists, increasing digitalization is known to expand the forms of participation and transform the public administration at all levels concerning joint governance and a citizen-centric approach, taking into consideration the opinion and active participation of citizens in the production and execution of policy decisions. This article presents the results of a study that investigated whether modern digital services allow citizens to participate in and influence the social and political processes taking place at various levels of government. In addition, the study demonstrates how modern digital technologies promote the maximum participation of the most socially vulnerable categories of the population, as well as how such factors as the level of digital competence, the level of income of the population, and the level of digitalization of territories limit this participation. In order to assess the modern digital forms and the use of these forms in a citizen’s interaction with the authorities, a survey of 1,200 residents of villages and towns located in the south Tyumen Region was conducted. The ways in which the residents living in the towns and villages of the Tyumen Region were able to express their civic positions were determined and the proportion of citizens using digital technologies was noted. The study also assessed the availability and demand for digital technologies by citizens to express their social and political activities, as well as the primary factors that limit their social and political participation. Moreover, this research showed that age, education, and digital competence and awareness were the main factors influencing a citizen’s propensity to use modern digital technologies for social and political activity. The hypothesis that the demand for digital services by citizens living in remote districts should be higher than that of urban residents was not confirmed. On the contrary, for a wide range of services, the assessments of demand and accessibility are higher among the residents of cities than among the residents of rural municipal districts, with the highest assessments coming from the residents of the regional capital. This fact is associated with a higher level of digital competence among citizens, a higher level of digitalization of the regional capital, as well as a higher level of income, which allows them to more actively master and use all these services. Additionally, this article is addressed to researchers interested in various aspects of social and political participation, as well as to politicians who make decisions regarding the development and implementation of new forms of digital interaction between citizens and the authorities that enable citizens to demonstrate their civic position.
