Spatial Analysis of Land Ownership on Spatial Patterns (Coastal Borders) from 2012-2032 in Aceh Besar Regency

This study aims to analyze land ownership in 2022, mainly in the area of Mesjid Raya District of Aceh Besar Regency. This study used a descriptive survey method. This study's results indicate that nine out of 4,208 Land Ownership Rights in the Mesjid Raya District (0.225%) have buildings on them. Therefore, the issuance of Land Ownership Certificates in Coastal Border Areas violates laws according to Government Regulation No. 16 of 2004 and Circular Letter No.4 SE-100.PG.01.01/II/2022 regarding Land Use Policy in Protected Areas. The nine types of Land Ownership Rights issued in the Coastal Border Areas are divided into four certificates of Ownership Rights and five certificates of Usage Rights, and they are located in several villages, such as two certificates in Neuheun, two certificates in Ladong, two certificates in Ruyung, one certificate in Meunasah Keudee and one certificate in Lamreh. The total area of the Ownership Rights Certificates issued in the Coastal Border Areas is 21,206 m2, and the total area of the Usage Rights Certificates is 145,302 m2.

Acehnese Language Addressing System: A Sociolinguistic Study in Indrapuri, Aceh Besar

This research aims to analyze the sociolinguistic aspects of the system of addressing terms in Acehnese in Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar. This study focuses on the complexity of language and variations in how to greet each other in AL, with an emphasis on social and linguistic aspects. In this study, the complexity referred to is the complexity or variations found in a particular language in an area. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, where the focus of the research is on exploring the social situation that will be studied thoroughly. The population used was native AL speakers, consisting of 15 respondents who lived in Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar Regency. The selected respondents spread across six villages, including Ulee Ue, Mon Alue, Cureh, Groet Baro, Seulangai, and Seuramoe. The respondent selection technique used purposive sampling, with the condition that the informant had intact speech organs, including complete teeth, and had lived in the Indrapuri area for more than ten years. The research instrument used was a questionnaire list of addressing terms that had been formulated. Data was collected through two methods: observation and questionnaire distribution to each respondent. The data is classified based on types and factors. The results of this research show that there are six types of addressing terms, including kinship terms, non-kinship terms, religious terms, occupational terms, pronouns, and proper names. Factors that create variations in addressing terms in AL include politeness, gender, family lineage (noble status), marital status, religion, and social status.

ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE FAMILY HOPE PROGRAM ON STUNTING IN CHILDREN AGED 24-36 MONTHS IN KUTA BARO SUB-DISTRICT, ACEH BESAR DISTRICT

Stunting is a nutritional problem facing Indonesia, especially Aceh. This is important because it concerns the quality of Aceh's human resources in the future. Efforts to prevent and reduce stunting cannot be done only by the health sector, but by involving cross-sectors and of course from within the family itself. One of the health problems facing the community, especially the poor, is nutritional problems that can cause stunting in children. Children who come from poor families are certainly at great risk of stunting, because they have the potential to experience long-term malnutrition. One of the government programs that has been implemented in order to reduce the problem of stunting is the Family Hope Program (PKH). This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program on stunting in children aged 24-36 months in Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of PKH in preventing stunting includes preventive efforts including encouraging changes in KPM behavior through agreed commitments, with the assistance funds provided by PKH can help KPM in fulfilling nutrition for family members. The technical implementation of PKH in Kuta Baro District is in accordance with government regulations in efforts to eradicate poverty and prevent stunting. The amount of PKH assistance funds is based on the criteria met by the Beneficiary Family (KPM).

Identification possible preserved 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami deposit collected from Pulot Village in Aceh Besar Regency, Indonesia

Identification of the tsunami candidate layers deposited by the Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004 has been successfully performed in Pulot Village, located in Leupung district, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province. Based on a study of tectonic activity before and after the earthquake, Pulot Village was reported as one of the potential locations for finding tsunami deposits. Tsunami sediment is collected by inserting a hand drill into the ground more than 1 m deep. The presence of the 2004 tsunami candidate layers was identified according to the Troels-Smith characteristics. Based on our visual analysis, the prospective tsunami layer is found at a depth of 4 cm with a thickness of 8-38 cm, which is characterized by fine-medium sized dark brown sand deposits on weathered paleo soil layers. The sharp boundaries with the layers above and below it and the presence of organic material (plant roots, stems and anthropogenic material) can also be clearly observed in the tsunami deposit layers. The candidate layer for the 2004 tsunami deposit found will be further studied geochemically using a laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) instrument.

Assessment of carbon and nitrogen distribution on several soil orders for sustainable management in dryland farming: A Case Study in Aceh Besar Regency, Indonesia

The study was based on the distribution of soil carbon and nitrogen orders in a dryland farming system in Aceh Besar District, Indonesia. Soil samples were taken to represent 6 (six) soil orders in the drylands of Aceh Besar, namely: Andisols, Entisols, Inceptisols, Mollisols, Oxisols, and Ultisols. For each soil order, 5 observation profiles were made, and each soil profile was sampled at 7 (seven) soil depths from 0-100 cm, namely: 0-0.05 m; 0.05-0.10 m; 0.10-0.20m; 0.20-0.30m; 0.03-0.50m; 0.05-0.70 m; and 0.07-1.00 m so that there are 210 soil samples. The Walkley and Black method was used to analyze the soil’s carbon content, while the Kjeldahl method was used to determine the soil’s total nitrogen. The total C and N content of the soil in the dryland of Aceh Besar varies greatly depending on the soil order. The highest distribution of C and N in the soil profile is found at a depth of 0.10-0.30 m. Soil C and N content at a depth of 0-1.0 m in the Andisols order are higher than other soil orders. The C content of the topsoil (0-30 cm) ranged from 0.7-6.9% while the N content varied from 0.07-0.56%. The order of N and C content of soil according to soil order is: Andisols>Mollisols>Entisols>Inceptisols >Oxisols>Ultisols.

PENERAPAN AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI DALAM TATA KELOLA DANA DESA DI GAMPONG LAMPEUNEURUT UJONG BLANG KECAMATAN DARUL IMARAH KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

Village fund is a government program to build a prosperous community starting from the village. According to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018, village funds allocated by the government must be transparent and accountable. The accountability stage consists of the planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability stages. The object of research is the village government of Gampong Lampeuneurut Ujong Blang, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency. This study aims to determine how the management of village funds in Lampeuneurut Ujong Blang applies the principles of accountability and transparency. This research method is qualitative-descriptive. The author conducted documentation and interviews with resource persons consisting of village heads, village secretaries, village treasurers, and traditional leaders. The results show that Gampong Lampeuneurut Ujong Blang has implemented accountability and transparency by the indicators mentioned in Permendagri No. 20 of 2018.

Application of Kegel Gymnastics in Reducing Urinary Incontinence in the Elderly in Gampong Lamleuot, Kuta Cot Glie District, Aceh Besar

The elderly are someone who has reached the age of 60 years and over, where in old age a person has experienced various declines in system function, as well as changes in body structure, one of which is a change in the structure of the urinary system and has weakened pelvic floor muscles and decreased bladder capacity, so the elderly are very vulnerable to urinary incontinence. Urinary incontinence is a bladder sphincter defect or neurological dysfunction that causes loss of control over urination. Thus causing a person to experience physical, psychological, social, and economic problems that affect the quality of life of the elderly, one of the treatments for urinary incontinence in the elderly is by practicing Kegel exercises. The purpose of this study was to find out the picture of the application of Kegel exercises in reducing urinary incontinence in the elderly with urinary incontinence. This research method is a case study with 2 (two) research subjects, which was carried out in Gampong Lamleuot, Kuta Cot Glie District, Aceh Besar Regency on March 9-20, 2023. The instruments used are SOPs for Kegel exercises, observation sheets and Resived Urinary Incontinence Scale (RUIS) questionnaires. The results showed a decrease in the level of incontinence in the elderly after the application of Kegel exercises, thus it is hoped that elderly gymnastics can be used as one of the therapies in reducing the level of urinary incontinence in the elderly.

Implementation of Community Empowerment Around the Company Through Dairy Goat Cultivation by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga FT Krueng Raya CSR, Aceh

Communities around companies often face complex economic, environmental, and social challenges. The Company is considered as one of the actors that has great potential to be able to contribute to developing society in improving its welfare through a scheme of trust in the Corporate Social Responsibility program. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of community empowerment around the company through a dairy goat cultivation program by CSR PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Krueng Raya, Aceh. The target of this program is 10 people who are residents of Meunasah Mon Village who are considered potential for the development of goat milk. The location of the program is located in Gampong Meunasah Mon, Pelita Hamlet, Grand Mosque District, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by interviews. The results of this study show that there are 2 (two) stages of implementation. First, planning and organizing a dairy goat cultivation program. At this stage, the location, program objectives, number of beneficiaries are determined, and the second is resource mobilization and assistance for dairy goat cultivation groups. The training provided consisted of milk processing training, financial management, to partnership building training. With this training, it is hoped that the community group of the goat milk cultivation program will be independent in terms of cultivation and distribution of goat milk.

Analisis Hasil Tangkapan Di Perairan Umum Daratan Krueng Aceh

Aceh has considerable potential for inland public aquatic resources. One of the important inland waters is Krueng Aceh, Krueng Aceh is a river located in Aceh Province in Cot Seukek, Aceh Besar Regency, passing through the city center (Peunayong) and empties into Lampulo Banda Aceh City. Analysis of catches in Krueng Aceh was carried out with the aim of determining the types of fish in the public waters of the Krueng Aceh mainland as basic data in the management of mainland public water resources. The study used the Purposive sampling technique at four stations and the results showed that there were 9 types of fish in the public waters of the Krueng Aceh mainland which were dominated by baung fish. The station with the most catches is station II located at Bakoy Village, Ingin Jaya District, Aceh Besar District. There are 4 types of fishing gear that are commonly used in the public waters of the Krueng Aceh mainland and gill net fishing gear is the most effective fishing gear used.

THE DISTRIBUTION AND SOIL CARBON STOCK ON LAND UTILITY TYPES OF BUSH, MOOR, MIXED GARDEN AND RAINFED RICE FIELDS ON DRY LAND IN ACEH BESAR REGENCY

This study aims to determine the potential of soil carbon on dry land in Aceh Besar regency. This study uses a descriptive method based on field results and surveys and laboratory analysis. Soil sampling at various depths was carried out for carbon and bulk density analysis. Composite soil samples were taken at a depth of 0-5, >5-10, >10-20, >20-30, >30-70, and >70-100 cm. The type of land use is bush covering an area of ??96,962.2 ha, moor 313.03 ha, rainfed rice fields 4,478.67 ha and mixed gardens 15,052.09 ha. The highest percentage of soil carbon is in the mixed garden land utility type (3.40%) compared to other types of utility. the highest carbon potential is found in the bush land utility type (137.68 tons/ha) compared to other types of utility. The highest soil carbon stock is in the type of land use of bush compared to other types of land utility. This is because the bush land utility type has soil carbon potential and a large area compared to other land utility types.

Sosialisasi Lahan Kampus II Universitas Syiah Kuala di Kecamatan Mesjid Raya, Kabupaten Aceh Besar

The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to provide understanding, knowledge and the importance of developing the Syiah Kuala University Campus (USK) as a means of education. The method used is the lecture method, which describes the material that has been prepared, the question and answer method, which is to respond to the level of understanding of the participants' understanding of what has been conveyed and the discussion method, namely the presenter and participants have a dialogue that discusses issues around USK Campus II. While the targets of this activity are community leaders from Neuheun Village, Durung Village, and Ladong Village, Mesjid Raya District, Aceh Besar Regency. The results obtained are expected to build awareness and increase public understanding of the importance of developing Campus II Syiah Kuala University as an educational facility.

PENGARUH METODE SIMULASI DAN DEMONSTRASI TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENYIKAT GIGI PADA SISWA SDN GUE GAJAH ACEH BESAR

The proportion of Acehnese who experience dental and oral health problems is 56%, and correct brushing behavior is only 2.9%. Aceh Besar shows the prevalence of people experiencing caries which reaches 44.23% and Darul Imarah Aceh Besar Health Center based on data on visits of children 6-14 years old who came to the dental poly in 2019 with caries cases of 0.037%. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of dental and oral health counseling with simulation and demonstration methods on the ability to brush children's teeth at SD Negeri Gue Gajah Aceh Besar Regency in 2021. This research is a quasi-experimental research design one group pretest-posttest design. The population of all grade V students of SD Negeri Gue Gajah Aceh Besar Regency is 30 students. The study was conducted on the 29th March- April 10, 2021. The instrument used is a pretest-posttest observation sheet. Results based on paired t-tests produce a p value = 0.001 (p<0.05) which means less than 0.05. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the use of simulation and demonstration methods in dental and oral health education has an impact on students' brushing ability.

PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH URIN SAPI MENJADI BIOURIN SEBAGAI PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR DI DESA COT CUT KECAMATAN KOTA BARO KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

Community service was carried out in Cot Cut Village, Kota Baro Subdistrict, Aceh Besar Regency. Waste management of a livestock business that is not good and correct will cause unpleasant odors in the environment around the farm. Cow urine waste has the potential to be used as liquid organic fertilizer as well as other benefits of cow urine fertilizer as a Growth Regulator (ZPT). This community service program aims to provide knowledge and skills of farmers/community in utilizing cow urine waste processed into biourin products as liquid organic fertilizer. The method used is counseling and demonstration. The results achieved in this activity are that farmers are motivated to make liquid organic fertilizer from cow urine waste into biourin products which previously the waste was wasted without further processing. Farmers/communities gained knowledge and skills on the technique of processing cow urine into biourine so that it can be used in supporting agricultural cultivation activities and become an additional source of income for farmers/communities.

Edukasi manajemen teknologi produksi untuk menunjang kehalalan produk bagi usaha kecil menengah (Productiom technology management education to support halal products for small scale enterprises)

This community service aimed to educate the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) about management of production technologies in obtaining halal certification. The partners of this program were UKM Meugah Pliek and UKM Wina Mandiri as pliek-u and asam sunti processors in Aceh Besar Regency. The production steps of the products that need technology are drying and pressing process. This program had been conducted through survey, preparation, and education. Results of this program were 2 hours training on production technology management to support halal products, 1 unit Hohenheim Aceh solar tunnel dryer, 1 unit hydraulic press, 4 units digital balance at capacity of 40kg and 1000pc of thin wall plastic containers. The technologies adapted were believed to support the production process in order to warrant the halal products. The results of the program were also published on online media to transfer knowledge and motivation to wider community. The participants showed high enthusiasm to the program as it can increase not only their knowledge but also provide technologies and tools to be used in supporting halal production.

Bird Diversity in Paddy Field Habitats During The Paddy Ripening Phase (Oryza sativa L.) Jurong Peujeura Village, Aceh Besar Regency, Indonesia

Birds are organisms that can be found in a variety of habitats. One of the bird habitats is paddy fields. Birds found in paddy fields generally carry out activities such as foraging, breeding, and competing. This study aims to determine the diversity of birds in paddy field habitats during the paddy ripening phase (Oryza sativa L.). The study was conducted from April to June 2022. The location of the study was Jurong Peujera Village, Ingin Jaya District, Aceh Besar Regency. This study used the Point Count method with a radius of 50 m and a distance between points of 150 m. Observations were made at 9 observation points with 4 repetitions, in which the duration of observations was 10 minutes at each observation point. The observation was conducted in the morning and evening at 06.30-10.00 AM and 03.30-05.00 PM. The results obtained were 2586 bird individuals consisting of 14 species from 11 families. The species with the highest number of individuals are Lonchura punctulata with 1535 individuals and Bubulcus ibis with 637 individuals. The highest percentage of families by species is Ardeidae (22%), and Estrildidae (15%). The Shannon-Wiener bird species diversity index in the paddy field area during paddy ripening phase was obtained H'=1.24 which indicates the level of diversity of the bird species is moderate. Meanwhile, based on the dominance index, Simpson shows a value of C=0.42 which indicates a low bird dominance level. The low level of bird dominance is due to the moderate diversity of species in the paddy field area.

Partisipasi Petani Terhadap Ketersediaan Sumberdaya Air Irigasi Aceh Besar

The participation of farmers who own irrigated paddy fields has an effect on the availability of water resources because the participation of farmers in managing irrigation water resources can help the availability of water in paddy fields even though the availability of water is limited. One of the factors causing the non-optimal distribution of water and the long distance between the water source and the irrigated paddy fields causes an uneven distribution of water in the paddy fields so that some farmers use water pumps to irrigate the paddy fields. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of participation of paddy farmers. irrigation on the availability of water resources in Blang Bintang District, Aceh Besar District. The data analysis model used is Likert scale analysis. The results showed that the average level of participation of irrigated rice farmers on the availability of water resources was in the medium category or 63.82%. This shows that involvement in each activity is only when entering the rice planting season. Based on the partial test (t test) shows that the variables of land area (X1), income (X2), motivation (X3) and experience (X4) partially have no significant effect on the participation of irrigated rice farmers in the availability of water resources in Blang Bintang District, Aceh BesarRegency

Study of ethnobotany as herbal plant in Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province

Plants in Aceh Besar District are used as medicine, food and other consumer goods. Efforts to disseminate knowledge and use of medicinal plants are things that need to be done. One of the jobs that must be done before spreading the use of medicinal plants is by introducing them to the community. The purpose of the study was to determine the species of medicinal plants based on the parts of the plant organs used by the community and to determine the utilization and use of medicinal plants by the people of Aceh Besar district. Exploratory survey data collection methods and Participatory Rural Appraisal methods. Analysis of the data obtained was carried out descriptively with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the most widely used plant parts were the leaves and shoots (20.7%), while the plant organs that were the least utilized by the community were the bark and tubers (5.7%). The people of Aceh Besar District use medicinal plants by boiling, mashing, eating, squeezing, smearing, burning and slicing before serving. The people of Aceh Besar Regency are included in the community group that uses medicinal plants on a family scale.

Determinants of Compliance of Pregnant Women in Participating in the Class Program for Pregnant Women in Aceh Besar District

The implementation of the pregnant women class in Aceh Besar Regency has been carried out since 2020 with a target of 11,492 pregnant women. From observations, it is known that most pregnant women are less obedient in attending maternity classes. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze the compliance of pregnant women in participating in the class program for pregnant women in Aceh Besar district. This type of research uses observational cross-sectional design. The population of this study included classes of pregnant women at Indrapuri Health Center, Kuta Baro Health Center, and Darul Imarah Health Center, the sample in this study amounted to 180 pregnant women. The study found that the R-square value for service satisfaction was 0.694 and that internal and external factors could affect the compliance variables of pregnant women by 69.4%, with the remaining 30.6% influenced by other factors. Additionally, the implementation of the pregnant women class program was found to have an R-square value of 0.667, indicating that internal and external factors could affect it by 66.7%, with the remaining 33.3% influenced by other factors. The study also identified external factors, specifically knowledge, as the primary influencing factor on the implementation of the pregnant women class program, with a calculated value of 35,768 > table 1,624. Internal factors (age, income, motivation, and parity) and external factors (knowledge, attitudes, family support, and mileage) influence the compliance of pregnant women and the implementation of classes for pregnant women in Aceh Besar District.
