Electronic Medical Record Information System to Support Clinical Management of Web-Based Medical Report Resumes

Medical records are important documents that record patient information, including examinations, treatments, actions, and services. Article 46 paragraph (1) of the Medical Practice Law defines medical records as files containing patient identity, examination results, treatments, actions, and other services. Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 21 of 2020 concerning the Integration of Health Information Systems, in the Ministry of Health's Strategic Plan 2020-2024, emphasizes the importance of a fast, accurate, integrated, and electronic-based health information system. This study aims to develop an electronic medical record information system for creating web-based medical resumes, using Visual Studio Code, PHP, MySQL, and Laravel. The development method used is agile. The results of the study show that the application of the agile method in developing web-based medical resumes increases effectiveness and efficiency. The problem identified is manual medical resume writing, which is often illegible, making it less efficient. To overcome this, an electronic medical resume design was developed as part of an electronic medical record system, which allows for faster, timelier, and clearer medical resume creation. DESIGNING AN E-KANBAN SYSTEM TO IMPROVE DRUG AVAILABILITY AND MINIMISE INVENTORY WASTE AT THE HOSPITAL PHARMACY INSTALLATION

In an effort to provide a high level of service to hospitals, pharmaceutical installations are often faced with problems in monitoring and determining adequate drug supply levels to respond to demand, both from outpatient and inpatient units. Inventory control by hospital pharmacies is often carried out without being supported by accurate information systems or control methods, resulting in excess inventory levels which leads to higher inventory costs. This study aims to identify and develop an e-kanban system suitable for the scope of hospital pharmacy. E-kanban as a method of controlling inventory through a simple reliable information system is expected to minimize inventory waste that occurs. The e-kanban system coupled with the use of barcodes and portable scanners is expected to provide more accurate information on drug availability. Inventory monitoring and control is expected to be much easier, both at the time of replenishment and during periodic stock-taking. The implementation of the e-kanban system is also able to eliminate waste, card use and manual recording activities, replaced by the use of simpler two-bin containers. The e-kanban system can also be integrated into the existing Hospital Information System, without disrupting the running system.

IMPLEMENTASI SYSTEM LOYALTI MANAJEMEN (RENATA) MENGGUNAKAN FRAME WORK LARAVEL 9 STUDI KASUS AGUNG TOYOTA KUTA

Loyalty programs are designed to encourage and maintain customer loyalty to a brand, company, or product. In these programs, customers are often given incentives, rewards, or special benefits in exchange for repeat purchases or other desired behaviors. The primary goal of loyalty programs is to increase customer retention, strengthen the relationship between the brand and customers, and enhance the customers' lifetime value. To identify loyal customers at Agung Toyota Kuta, a tool is needed to expedite the determination of customer status. In this research, data collection methods through interviews and observations are complemented by conducting literature studies on books, theses, journals, data collection, and references that support this research. The system development method uses the waterfall method, and the program design uses the Laravel framework. The implemented system is expected to help determine loyal customers so that it can provide various types of benefits, such as discounts, access to exclusive offers, or other special treatments to loyal customers. The company can enhance its promotional strategies and communication systems so that customers become more aware of the workshop's loyalty program. By providing accurate information systems regarding customer loyalty programs that are accessible to those concerned.

Implementation of The Sales and Purchase Program Application Using The Rapid Application Development Model Web – Based

The development of information technology is currently developing rapidly and rapidly, which is supported by one of the means, namely computers. Of course, computers that are equipped with certain applications are used to help make human work easier in managing data for an organization or company so that they get accurate results that meet their needs. The results of observations that have been made show that sales and purchasing activities still use manual systems, one of which is in clothing stores. Starting from processing goods data, difficulties checking stock, purchasing transactions, sales transactions, as well as storing other data related to all types of activities, which can cause losses for shop owners, errors in recording and inaccurate reports being made. Judging from the large number of transactions carried out at clothing stores, a faster and more accurate information system is needed. Therefore, the author created a computerized program design using the Microsoft Visual Basic.net programming language and MySQL database, so that information and activities that occur can be carried out quickly and accurately. The method used in designing this program uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. This RAD model is an adaptation of the high-speed version of the waterfall model for the development of each software component. The results achieved from discussing this theme are in the form of ready-to-use sales and purchasing program applications. In this case, the use of program applications is the best solution to solve existing problems, and by using program applications an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting activities, especially for handling sales and purchasing problems.

Andalas Jaya building company is engaged in the sale of building goods or materials and transactions carried out every day are quite large, in their activities of course they require an accurate information system to make it easier to make sales transactions and record stock of goods. Making this sales and purchase information system using the Visual Studio Code program and for the database using MySQL. Researchers consider that operational activities at the Andalas Jaya Building Company are still carried out manually. Therefore, the researcher will design a Point of Sales website system to help Andalas Jaya Building Company by conducting qualitative research to get conclusions from the required sales website system. In realizing the creation of a good Point of Sales system website, researchers took the first steps such as making a system design consisting of architectural design, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, interface designs, website menu structures, and system implementation. With the creation of a Point of Sales website at the Andalas Jaya Building Company, it is hoped that it can help the business transaction process become more effective and efficient for further researchers to add different features.

Abstract 7396: Development of deep neural networks that guide more individualized radiotherapy to the lung

Abstract Introduction: Radiotherapy is dependent on an expert-based model that impedes implementation of many potentially useful applications that could aid decision makers. This model is a barrier to a learning healthcare system due to noise introduced by decision-maker variation. Surmounting this barrier will require compelling clinical outcome data and highly useful and accurate information systems. We sought to develop new augmented-intelligence capabilities to better predict both high-dose lung irradiation treatment efficacy (i.e., local tumor control) and toxicity (i.e., radiation-induced pneumonitis). Methods: We curated one of the largest datasets of lung stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) datasets globally (~1200 cases). We input pre-therapy lung computed tomography (CT) images using a bounding box approach that captures the gross tumor volume and adjacent normal lung into a multi-task deep neural network to generate an image fingerprint that predicts local failures after treatment. Separately, we input axial slices from CT scans of the lung into convolutional neural network (CNN) and trained using an outcome per slice method. We then aggregated intra-patient slices into a recurrent neural network (RNN) to estimate individual patient risk for pneumonitis. We validated our findings with the independent study cohort. Risk scores for local failure and pneumonitis were combined with clinical variables to assess the relative contribution of the deep learning-derived image risk scores. Results: A total of 1045 patients met our eligibility criteria. Radiation treatments in patients with high local failure risk scores failed at a significantly higher rate than in patients with low scores; 3-year cumulative incidence of local failure in the internal study cohort was 20·3% (16·0-24·9) in patients with high scores and 5·7% (95% CI 3·5-8·8) in patients with low scores (hazard ratio [HR]=3·64 [95% CI 2·19-6·05], p<0·0001). Models that included the local failure risk score and clinical variables predicted treatment failures with a concordance index (C-index) of 0·72 (95% CI 0·67-0·77), a significant improvement compared with classical radiomics (p<0·0001) or clinical variables (p<0·0001) alone. Radiation pneumonitis risk scores were highly predictive of toxicity, with an accuracy and CI of 0.78 (95% CI 0.72-0.85). A model that includes dosimetry variates (V20), improved the CI to 0.85 (95% CI 0.80-0.90). Conclusions: The image-based deep learning frameworks developed herein represent the first opportunity to use medical images to individualize radiotherapy dose and toxicity predictions. Our results signify a new roadmap for deep learning-guided predictions and treatment guidance in the image-replete and highly standardized discipline of radiation oncology. Perspectives and implications of halal food consumption among major Islamized groups in the Philippines: strengthening consumer confidence, standardization, and traceability

The study focused on the perspectives on Halal food products of the three predominantly Islamized groups residing in the Cotabato Province, Philippines: Maguindanaon, Tausug, and Maranao. Three hundred heads of households served as the sample of the study. Data was gathered using a self-made survey questionnaire duly validated by Muslim scholars. The research revealed the participants’ strong preference for Halal-Certified products, ensuring adherence to Shari'ah Law. However, the participants’ concerns emerged regarding the lack of standardization and clear responsibility for Halal integrity. Transparency and traceability were identified as essential in the Halal food market, with the participants seeking accurate information and comprehensive traceability systems to prevent cross-contamination. Participants recommend strategic investments in Halal infrastructure, including storage and transportation processes that are crucial in Muslim-dominated regions like the Cotabato Province in the Philippines.

Hospitals, as public service institutions, require an accurate, reliable, and adequate information system to enhance their services to patients and related environments. Given the extensive scope of services, many complex issues arise in the hospital's service processes. The numerous variables involved in hospital operations influence the speed of information flow required by both users and the hospital environment. Manual data management in hospitals presents significant drawbacks, including slow processing time and a high risk of errors. With the support of current information technology, manual data management can be replaced by a computerized information system. In addition to being faster and easier, data management becomes more accurate. Accurate data processing results in accurate information, which is crucial for decision-making, both for management and others. The purpose of this study is to facilitate patient registration for outpatient and inpatient visits, ease report generation, and assist the hospital management in improving service quality and decision-making processes. Based on the research conducted at Zainoel Abidin General Hospital in Aceh, the implementation of the outpatient and inpatient patient administration information system has proven to be precise and accurate, particularly in the pharmacy department. The system has also made it easier to obtain patient information and has addressed frequent issues such as challenges in monitoring and supervising patients and medical records. The system development lifecycle (SDLC) was utilized in designing this system.

The development of hardware and software technology has developed rapidly in recent years. Currently, companies are still experiencing difficulties in processing data and information. Spare parts that are not available when needed can hinder maintenance and repair plans. For this reason, controlling spare parts inventory in the Asia Jaya Motor workshop company is very necessary to maintain the quality of goods. Asia Jaya Motor Workshop is a business operating in the automotive sector, where this place cannot be separated from an accurate information system. However, data management still uses manual methods, seeing the problems that occur at the Asia Jaya Motor Karawang Workshop, very high accuracy, convenience and speed are needed. The aim of this research is to obtain an effective and efficient spare parts inventory analysis so that spare parts procurement and control plans can be accurate in supporting maintenance and repair programs. The data collection techniques for this research are library research and field research. So, the total cost of spare parts inventory in the 2011-2014 period according to the Economic Order Quantity method for each spare part has increased. The total cost (total cost) of spare parts inventory according to the Economic Order Quantity method is lowest in the 2021 period and the total cost (total cost) of spare parts inventory is the highest in the 2023 period.

For a proliferating company such as Mebel Berkah Kabupaten Indramayu, one of the leading furniture companies in Indramayu that produces national quality indoor and outdoor furniture, processing safe, fast, and accurate information systems is essential. Unfortunately, the use of information technology in Indramayu Regency Blessing Furniture is not optimal. The method used is descriptive qualitative because it describes or analyzes a research result but is not used to make broader conclusions. The result is that when the application is first run, a splash screen will appear. The splash screen is the opening screen for this application. During the splash screen, the system also reads data from the database server stored in the MySQL database using a web service as a connecting bridge.

Inventory information system is an important aspect of running a business, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Barbekoe Coffee is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in the city of Medan engaged in coffee shops (Coffeeshop). In carrying out its operations, Barbekoe Coffee still uses manual recording on a piece of paper on raw material inventory ranging from incoming raw materials, outgoing raw materials, raw material inventory, to ordering raw materials. This often causes problems ranging from damaged or lost records, repeated ordering of raw materials on the same raw materials and employees who often remove raw materials from the warehouse not in the order in which the raw materials enter. So often found raw materials in damaged and expired warehouses. The purpose of this study is to create and implement an appropriate and accurate inventory information system in order to minimize losses and optimize profits in the Barbekoe Coffee business. The methods used are Buffer Stock, First Expired First Out (FEFO), and Reorder Point. After testing, the system runs as expected. Barbekoe Coffee can implement precise and accurate inventory flows to increase profits and avoid losses due to damaged or expired raw materials.

Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Laboratorium Untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi dan Akurasi

The development of laboratory information systems has become a primary focus in efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy in laboratory operations. This article discusses the need for system development and evaluates the existing systems, which may be inefficient or inaccurate. Through analysis, it is found that repetitive manual tasks, such as data entry, inventory tracking, and report generation, result in time wastage and increased human errors. Furthermore, fragmented and non-integrated systems in laboratories impede smooth information flow, reduce operational efficiency, and increase the risk of errors. Reporting is also limited and time-consuming. Based on this background, this journal aims to develop an efficient and accurate laboratory information system. The development methodology includes user requirement gathering, needs analysis, system design, development, and implementation. In the development process, tools and technologies such as RFID are employed to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. Integration among system components is also enhanced to facilitate smoother information flow. The evaluation results demonstrate significant benefits of the laboratory information system development. Manual tasks can be reduced, operational efficiency is enhanced, and the risk of human errors is decreased. Tracking and monitoring become easier, while reporting becomes faster and more accurate. With the adoption of an integrated laboratory information system, laboratories can improve their efficiency and accuracy in operations. In conclusion, the development of a laboratory information system is a crucial step in enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Through appropriate approaches and the implementation of information technology, laboratories can reduce reliance on manual work, improve data accuracy, and facilitate smooth information flow. The implementation of an efficient laboratory information system will have a positive impact on productivity and service quality in laboratories.

APPLICATION OF THE RAD METHOD TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF BARBERSHOP TRANSACTION REPORT INFORMATION SYSTEM USING VISUAL FOXPRO 9.0

Barbershop business activity is a form of small and medium enterprises (UKM) currently growing rapidly owned by a group of Indonesian people. Barbershop business is usually carried out in an open place that is easy for potential customers to find. Barbershop activities provide services to customers in the form of haircuts, mustaches and head washing. The period when customers use barbershop services is very continuous, periodically according to the age of hair growth. There are so many transactions in the barbershop business that a good information system is needed to calculate the profits earned in a certain period. Based on this information, this research builds an accurate and reliable information system. The developed system provides a solution to obtain overall transaction report information in a period of time so that total profit information can be well known. The development of this system uses the Rapid Application Development Method to facilitate application development. The development of a transaction report system and profit reports for barbershop business activities is translated using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 software. The developed information system answers problems in the financial reports of barbershop activities to become more structured.

Information extraction system for urban planning and governance using LiDAR based 3D repository

ABSTRACT In rapidly expanding cities, an accurate land-cover information system can assist in making decisions for sustainable urban planning and governance. Point cloud procured using Airborne LiDAR Scanning (ALS) can be harnessed by creating an adaptable urban semantic information layout with querying capability. We propose a novel methodology that isolates spatial objects and integrates them with attribute information to enable object-based spatio-semantic queries. Experiments were carried out to demonstrate proposed methodology based on queries of different complexities. Results indicate that proposed approach is scalable, flexible, and hence opens a wide application perspective in urban planning, and sustainable smart city development.

Employment information systems are government-developed systems that support systematic and accurate employment information systems. The problem mainly occurs in the employment section because the system is not fully utilized because it still USES the system manually, paging files in the cabinet and opening one file at a time to search for information on each employee is enough to consume time and energy. It's boring, so it's less efficient. The purpose of this study is to design an employment information system that is expected to support corporate performance in the field of resource information systems. The methodology used was stage one interview, the second stage of observation. The final phase of library research. On this final assignment we successfully made the software. Final results are also available for the agency. It is hoped that this software can help the employees' data processing system in the hall office be structured to repair and refine the information. The purpose of this research was to design an employment resource system that is expected to support corporate performance in the field of information system.

Delivery data can also be processed in a more systematic, structured, transparent and honest way.

Research on coal mine hidden danger analysis and risk early warning technology based on data mining in China

The development of intelligence and informatization is the inevitable trend of safety production in coal enterprises. Data mining technology plays an important role in promoting the development of coal mine safety management. This paper uses natural language processing technology and the Bi-LSTM model to automatically classify the hidden danger information and extract the theme of the coal mine. Then, taking the risk of a coal mine gas explosion as the starting point, the gas safety situation prediction model is constructed. Finally, an accurate management and control information system based on data mining technology and intelligent technology is developed, which realizes the information analysis of a large visual screen and the intelligent information processing of the APP. The system has been applied in the Luxi coal mine, and the application effect is good, which significantly improves the safety management ability and efficiency of the coal mine. This study can provide new ideas and methods for the dual pre-control construction of coal mines, strengthen the information processing capacity of the existing pre-control system, and promote the healthy development of the coal industry.
