Optimization Neural Network of Election of Investment Sector and Mapping of The Best Investment Are in The Terrible Area

The problem of this is still very interested domestic and foreign investors to invest in remote areas of Indonesia (3T) Disadvantaged, Outermost, Frontline whereas 3T Region has a very promising potential from various sectors. The purpose of this paper is to see what is best and best for investments that will provide positive results for both foreign and domestic investors. The analytical process used is the neural network and sensitivity analysis used to predict and determine what is most likely to be done investment. The results of the analysis in this paper are from the sector which analysed that is the sector of Hotel and Tourism Industry, Trade and Retail Sector, The most profitable E-commerce, Infrastructure and Construction, Plant and Agriculture business in 3T area is 1. Infrastructure & Construction, with value output 0.8269 2. Factory & Agriculture with output 0.7995 3. Hotels and Industries with output 0.7688 4 Retail trade & sector with output 0.82695. Ecommerce and Business with output 0.0261 Furthermore from 5 Regions which are sampling 3T area that is Aceh Singkil, Nias, South Nias, Coastal west Lampung, Mentawai Islands, Potential area for investment is 1. Five.8219 2. Mentawai with output 0.8021 3.West Lombok with output 0.7719 4.Nias with output 0.7072 and 5.South Nias with output 0.0272.

A need analysis to optimization computer laboratory in chemistry learning process according to chemistry teachers and natural science students in 3T regions

The aims of this descriptive research were identifying optimization level of chemistry teachers and students in the utilization and using computer laboratory commonly used for computer based national test, and learning style of science students in 11th grade at Senior High School while chemistry learning process in 3T regions. The participants consisted of 8 chemistry teachers and 82 natural science students in 3 Bangkalan sub-district of Bangkalan Regency, East Java Province. Data collection was conducted by giving a close-ended questionnaire which consists of 23 statements for chemistry teachers and 18 statements for science students with 4 alternative respons option (very appropriate to very inappropriate). The data was analyzed by percentage formula. The results showed that chemistry teachers have not optimized the using computer laboratories in chemistry learning. The student participants, who have visual and kinesthetic style learning, have never used computer laboratory facilities that available in schools for the benefit of learning chemistry.

The Challenges of Teachers Who Proide Themselves in The 3T Region in Merauke District

In an effort to carry out the task of educating the children of the nation in rural areas that far from the city centre and difficult to reach with two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, it is not uncommon for each teacher to face various problems that become a challenge for them, as well as those felt Teachers who devote themselves to 3T areas in Merauke Regency. This article discusses the challenges experienced by teachers in 3T areas in Merauke Regency by performing a descriptive method. The challenges faced by teachers were primarily due to the lack of equitable development in this country. However, hope, optimism, and the best efforts of the teachers do not fade.

Penggerombolan Daerah 3T di Indonesia Berdasarkan Rasio Tenaga Kesehatan dengan Metode Penggerombolan Berhierarki dan Cluster Ensemble

Health is a major factor in community development. Inequality on health is most felt by people living in disadvantaged, outermost, and leading areas (3T) because of the difficulty of access to transportation and communication. Effective efforts are needed to achieve the optimal distribution of health services, one of which is by clustering 3T areas based on the ratio of health workers to see which areas are experiencing shortage of health workers and know the adequacy of the number of health workers spread in 3T areas. The object used in this research is 27 provinces 3T region in Indonesia and the applied statistical method is various hierarchical methods and Cluster Ensemble. Based on the results of this study, 3T area is divided into four clusters. The first cluster consists of 22 provinces and has good characteristics because all categories of the variables are in the medium category. The second and the third cluster consists of two provinces. The characteristics of the second cluster are good enough. The characteristics of the third cluster are not been good enough because there is one variable in the low category. The fourth cluster consists of one province and has characteristics that are not been good enough because there are several categories of the variables are in the low category.
