Analysis of Transformation and Upgrading Path of a Steel Structure Company in Zibo City, Shandong Province under the Concept of Sustainable Development

In the context of global climate change, green and low-carbon development has emerged as an international consensus. China has established a dual-carbon target, aiming for carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060, thereby necessitating the green transformation of high-energy-consuming and high-emission industries. As a major carbon emitter, the construction industry needs novel development models to achieve sustainable development. The circular economy concept aligns well with steel structures, noted for their energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, recyclability, and high assembly efficiency. And this is a crucial pathway for the sustainable transformation of the building sector. This paper selects a typical steel structure enterprise in Zibo, Shandong Province as the research target. The corporate sustainability report and financial data from 2019 to 2023 employ the mutation level method to evaluate the impact on the enterprises economic performance, green performance, and operational performance across dimensions such as technological innovation, R&D investment, environmental protection expenditures, policy environment, and human resource allocation. The results show that the enterprise, under the guidance of the policy and its own strategic adjustment, has achieved remarkable results in its green transformation and continued to improve its performance indicators, while revealing the key paths of resource allocation optimization and green innovation.

A Review Study on the Construction of Medical Institution Service Quality Performance Evaluation System under the Background of Internet Plus

With the advent of the "Internet Plus" era, the medical service industry is undergoing a significant transformation. This paper systematically reviews and analyzes the construction process of the medical institution service quality performance evaluation system, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the improvement of service quality in internet hospitals. The article first introduces the challenges and opportunities faced by the medical service industry under the "Internet Plus" background, then discusses the definition, dimensions, and theoretical framework of medical service quality evaluation. Through a comparative analysis of the service quality evaluation systems of Chinese and American medical institutions, the similarities and differences in the construction of medical service evaluation systems between the two countries are revealed. Finally, based on the "Internet Plus" background, the paper proposes principles, objectives, indicator system design, and implementation and feedback mechanisms for constructing a service quality performance evaluation system. The research results indicate that constructing a comprehensive and objective service quality evaluation system is of great significance for optimizing resource allocation, innovating service models, improving service efficiency, and reducing service costs, which helps to promote the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.

Shaping China's National Image Through Infrastructure: Business Communication Strategies under the Belt and Road Initiative

With the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative, the global investment and construction activities of Chinese infrastructure enterprises such as China Construction and China Railway have significantly improved the national image and brand awareness. However, in this process, these enterprises face challenges such as cultural differences, information gaps, and local people's doubts about foreign investment. This study explores how Chinese infrastructure companies shape the country's image through effective business communication strategies in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative. Through literature review and case study, this study will focus on the communication strategies adopted by Chinese infrastructure enterprises in countries along the Belt and Road, and how these strategies affect local consumers' perception and trust in Chinese brands. The study reveals that successful communication cases not only enhance brand recognition, but also increase consumer trust in the quality and efficacy of the program. In addition, cultural communication strategies are essential in different markets, helping enterprises integrate into the local society and improve their brand image. This study provides a new perspective and ideas for the brand communication of Chinese infrastructure enterprises in the international market. I contribute theoretical support for future academic research in related fields.

The Impact of Digital Transformation on ESGEvidence from the Listed Companies in China

In the digital economy era, the influence of digital transformation on enterprises' ESG performance has received extensive attention. This article selects Chinese A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2022 as samples, constructs a digital transformation index encompassing five dimensions: artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, blockchain, and digital technology application, and employs the ESG rating data from Huazheng to measure enterprises' ESG performance. The research discovers that digital transformation significantly and positively affects enterprises' ESG performance. Particularly when external supervision is relatively weak, its promoting effect is more pronounced. Digital transformation enhances enterprises' risk-taking capacity by optimizing resource allocation, strengthening green technology innovation, and improving the quality of information disclosure, thereby elevating enterprises' value creation ability. This article expands the literature research on the influencing factors of enterprises' ESG performance from the micro level of digital transformation, which holds significant importance for improving the digitalization strategies and governance systems of listed companies, further standardizing corporate governance, and enhancing enterprise value.
