ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN PENERIMAAN INDUSTRI GULA MERAH TEBU DI DESA LINDUNG JAYA KECAMATAN KAYU ARO KABUPATEN KERINCI

This study aims to: (1) describe the general description of the brown sugar cane agro- industry business in the Protected Jaya Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency. (2) Knowing the income and R/C ratio of brown sugar cane agroindustry in Lindung Jaya Village, Kayu Aro District in Kerinci Regency. The data collection in this thesis was carried out by observation and interview methods. Interviews were conducted with 5 agro- industries located in the Protected Jaya Village, Kayu Aro District in Kerinci Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, business analysis and R/C ratio. Based on the results of the study, there were 5 agro-industry that developed in the Lindung Jaya Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency, (1) Lindung Jaya Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency, which is a home industry center for brown sugar cane which is consumed as a natural sweetener in food in the form of plots. and made without preservatives. (2) The average income received by the brown sugar cane agroindustry is Rp. 5,067,013,- per month. The average fixed cost incurred is Rp. 225,137, - which consists of mill rental costs and equipment depreciation, and the average variable costs incurred per month are Rp. 1,504,950. The R/C value obtained by each brown sugar agroindustry >1 means that this brown sugar cane agroindustry is profitable and feasible to continue. Keywords: Sugar Cane, Agroindustry, Revenue

STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PERIKANAN TANGKAP DI KABUPATEN SUMBAWA BARAT

Capture Fisheries is an agricultural sub-sector that has great potential to be developed in West Sumbawa Regency, however, there are still problems faced that need to be solved in order to develop capture fisheries and improve fishermen's welfare. The purpose of this study is to formulate a capture fisheries development strategy in West Sumbawa Regency. The research was conducted in Taliwang and Poto Tano districts which were selected by purposive sampling because it is the area with the highest number of fishers in West Sumbawa Regency. Research respondents were determined as many as 30 people consisting of fishermen and stakeholders in the field of capture fisheries. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. Research data were collected using survey techniques through direct interviews guided by the research questionnaire. Then the data collected was analyzed using SWOT analysis to formulate a capture fisheries development strategy. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it is found that the chosen strategy is the S-O (Strength–Opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that optimizes strengths to seize opportunities. The SO strategy formulation includes expanding the market by conducting processing to create added value and competitiveness of capture fisheries products, developing the use of appropriate, effective, efficient and environmentally friendly capture fisheries technology, and optimizing the role of government and institutions to increase production and implementation of development policies on sustainable capture fisheries.

ANALISIS PERMINTAAN PUPUK PADA USAHATANI PADI DI KABUPATEN LAHAT

The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the amount of fertilizer demand in Lahat District. 2) Analyzing the factors that influence fertilizer demand in Lahat District. The location of this study was determined purposively (Purposive), this study was conducted in the District of South Lahat and Tanjung Sakti Pumi, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province. The choice of these two subdistricts is based on the consideration that most farmers in this area have jobs as lowland rice farmers. Taking respondents using simple random sampling method, with a sample size of 160 farmers. The analysis used in this study is Cobb-Douglass type multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the average use of UREA fertilizer was 119.09 Kg / Ut or 267.3 Kg / Ha / Mt and TSP fertilizer was 83.81 Kg / Ut or 183.42 Kg / Ha / Mt. The results showed that the factors of land area and seed prices significantly affected the demand for UREA fertilizer in Lahat Regency, while the price of products / rice, UREA fertilizer prices, TSP fertilizer prices and labor wages did not significantly affect the demand for UREA fertilizer in Lahat District. And that the land area factor has a significant effect on the demand for TSP fertilizer in Lahat Regency, while the price of seeds, product / rice prices, UREA fertilizer prices, TSP fertilizer prices and labor wages have no significant effect on TSP fertilizer demand in Lahat District.

ANALISA KEUNTUNGAN BUDIDAYA JAMUR TIRAM SECARA TERPADU DI SYAHID MUSHROOM TASIKMALAYA

The purpose of this research is to cost analysis whether the oyster mushroom cultivation is feasible or not to be continued. The method used is a survey of the problem, counseling and training on mushroom cultivation. The cost analysis used in analyzing the feasibility of this business is the interview method and direct observation of the business activities carried out. The results of the optimization of seed and baglog production carried out at the Syahid Mushroom began with a problem survey, the implementation of SOP for oyster mushroom cultivation in an integrated manner, the production of 6000 bottles of seeds in 3 months, and the production of 7200 baglogs in 2 weeks. The results of the R / C ratio analysis of 2.51 with a BEP of Rp. 4067 seedlings from the selling price of Rp. 10,000, BEP for seed production of 2440 bottles of the selling price of Rp. 10,000 per bottle while BEP of the baglog price of Rp. 2591 from the selling price of Rp. 2,500, BEP of production baglog 7463 bottles from the selling price of IDR 2,500 per baglog. The results of the cost analysis can be used as an indicator of the feasibility of a business, and the oyster mushroom cultivation business carried out at Syahid Mushroom is said to be feasible and profitable.
