The purpose. Analyze the state of affairs, development prospects and disadvantages of the transport infrastructure of the tourist industry of Ukraine and the perspective directions of development of components of the transport infrastructure of the tourist sector of Ukraine. Method. In order to achieve this goal, the following research methods have been used in the work: monographic (when studying the state of transport infrastructure in Ukraine), comparison (in assessing transported passengers by type of transport in Ukraine). System analysis allowed to characterize the main problems of the transport infrastructure of the tourist industry of Ukraine. A dialectical approach to studying the phenomena and processes of the transport infrastructure of the tourism industry was also used. The Results. In this work the modern state of transport infrastructure of the tourist industry of Ukraine, as well as problems and prospects of development of tourist transport infrastructure is investigated, and ways of solving concrete problems for strengthening of Ukraine's positions on the world market of all transport infrastructure of Ukraine are proposed. Scientific novelty. The directions of improvement in the field of transport services organization are proposed to achieve a synergistic effect in the system of transport infrastructure of the tourism industry, which, unlike existing ones, are based on the economic results of the economic activity of transport companies of Ukraine, which require significant investments in the restoration of existing transport infrastructure, improvement of organizational structures of management of the tourism sector and the achievement of careful coordination and coherence of flight schedules , trains and other vehicles, with the co-ordinated organization of baggage and control of its movement throughout the journey, as well as with the observance of the integrated international standards of reservation of seats and ease of transplantation. The practical significance. Using the above suggestions will allow the management of transport companies to take scientifically grounded and organizational decisions on the development of transport infrastructure of the tourism sector of Ukraine in the future and will contribute to strengthening the tourist potential of Ukraine, improve transport services, promote the socio-economic development of the adjacent territories and at the same time play a significant role in the further development of tourism.

Goal: This research has pursued the goal to develop the methodology for quantification of operational risk profiles and find effective ways of their mitigation. Methodology: To address this kind of challenges the research has used scientific research and special methods of economic research, in particular: a system-wide approach and rational decision-making methods. Outcomes: The research has analysed the bank operational risks and created risk profiles for the following areas: technological risk, service provider risk, corporate risk, innovative risk, strategic risk and reputational risk. The research highlights the key elements of the operational risk management and the features of applying them in modern business conditions (at the time of recession). The document proposes the areas for improvement in terms of research and methodological approach to operational risk management subject to specific factors of internal bank operating environment. Scientific novelty . Defined the main directions of evaluation and reduction of operational risks in banking institutions. Practical relevance: The use of the methodology proposed in this paper will help risk managers identify and mitigate operational risks of banks both under normal conditions and at times of financial uncertainty

Goal. The work aims to discover the essence of cross-cultural management to be a component of management technologies, and to determine the possibilities for the implementation of the obtained results to influence the creation of a more attractive travel destination image of Ukraine. Methodology. To achieve the set tasks, the paper displays a number of promising and forward-looking vectors for the development of cross-cultural management in the activities of tourism industry’s enterprises. The authors also substantiate the need for practical implementation of these directions. Results. The paper suggests advanced directions for the development of cross-cultural management in the activities of tourism enterprises aimed to create more attractive destination image of Ukraine, and to market itself in the tourism industry as well.Scientific innovation. The proposed looking-forward directions for the development of cross-cultural management in the sphere of tourism enterprises introduce a number of novelties. Namely, travel company managers will focus to gain exactly those cross-cultural knowledge and particulars that are specific to each individual country inbound tourists come from. This, in turn, ensures the implementation of updated and effective intercultural communication strategies. Practical implications. The implementation of the proposed promising directions for the development of cross-cultural management, the renewed motivation policy and the training of tourism enterprises' staff focused on cross-cultural competence and communication, based on specific information concerning every single country inbound tourists arrive in Ukraine, provide the creation of its more attractive image on the tourism industry market.

Purpose. The work is devoted to the development of directions for improving the methodology of organizing the accounting for the use of vehicles at agricultural enterprises and road transport enterprises serving rural producers. The methodology. To solve problems of this class in the work, it is proposed to apply a systematic approach, methods of rational problem solving and strategic planning for a specific scenario. Results. In this paper, the process of organizing accounting by methodical, technical, organizational stages in their interrelation is investigated; method of reflection of transport operations in accounting. Scientific novelty. It is proposed to improve the method of recording operations for accounting the costs of maintaining and operating vehicles and transport services using additional analytical accounts, which, unlike the existing ones, will allow: to detail the cost accounting for both responsibility centers and costing items; receive accounting information on the cost of transport services for each mode of transport in the structure of production costs. Practical significance. Developed recommendations for changes in the current chart of accounts. Reflection of operations on the accounting of costs for the maintenance and operation of vehicles and transport services using the proposed analytical accounts will allow not only quickly and without additional sampling to prepare reports, but also to fully receive and analyze information on the amount of transportation costs for the purpose of their operative control and organization of the effective operation of vehicles of various kinds.

Goal. The work is devoted to the choice of strategy for the development of a production enterprise, taking into account cost minimization and increase of profitability. Method. DPM model, which is descriptive-constructive and effective for visualization of changes and development of strategic positions in time, is suggested for justification of the choice of development strategy in the work. Results. The methodical approach, which solves the problem of combining quantitative and qualitative variables into a single parametric system for choosing a strategy for the development of a milk processing enterprise, is presented in this paper. Practical significance. Introduction: Security of the state: this is not only a prevention of provocations and sabotage, but above all a highly professional management, which ensures the social and economic development of the state, the well-being of the population, the improvement of our cities and villages, the defense capability and competitiveness of the country. Method. In order to achieve this goal, the following research methods were used: monographic, comparative (in the study of the reasons for the weakening of state security in Ukraine). System analysis allowed to characterize the main security problems of Ukrane. A dialectical approach was also used to study the phenomena and processes of the state, security and pre-election social and economic situation in the country.Objective: To determine the reasons for the decrease of the country's security and formation of ways of stabilizing the society and directions of strengthening of state security and implementation of state ideology, etc. Results: The study analyzed the state, security and pre-election socio-economic situation in the countries, analysis of the reasons for the weakening of the state security. the reasons and ways of stabilization of society are determined; proposals were made to strengthen state security, and suggested mechanisms for the implementation of state ideology, etc. Scientific novelty: The authors, based on the consideration of theoretical and practical approaches, developed and proposed a paradigm for identifying targeted anti-state activities and socio-economic dangers for the state and means for preventing social upheavals. Conclusions: It is proposed that, in order to prevent social upheaval, stop the decline in the level of the economy and the quality of life of the population, first of all, to take urgent measures to stop fighting in the East, to increase the responsibility for crimes against the people and the state; to strengthen the fight against corruption, to clean the administrative apparatus from corrupt, wicked people. It is proposed to make significant changes in the electoral legislation in order to qualitatively update the leadership of the state; to develop the state ideology, to strengthen propaganda and educational work in the state. The article outlines and proposes a paradigm for identifying targeted anti-state activities and socio-economic dangers for the state and means of preventing social upheaval .

Introduction: Enhancing investment processes remains one of the topical issues at both the national and regional levels. The investment attractiveness of the region essentially depends on the ability to develop and implement a differentiated approach to the management of investment processes, which at the same time is embedded in the institutional framework and takes into account the potential of the territory, creates conditions for its use. The purpose: To improve the theoretical and methodological foundations for regulating investment processes at the regional level, taking into account their internal specifics and key changes in the national regulatory environment. To solve the tasks in the study, a gradual differentiated approach to the management of investment processes was applied. Results and discussion: The essence of investment processes is defined, the principles of management of elements of investment processes within their system features are highlighted. Conclusions: The directions for improving the theoretical and methodological framework for regulating investment processes at the regional level, including from the point of view of current institutional transformations, have been developed. The practical use of the developed theoretical and methodological provisions for the regulation of investment processes at the regional level will significantly increase the investment attractiveness of the region.

Objective. The work presents the development of suggestions for the legislative and regulatory regulation of issues of social protection of people at individual owner-operated farms. Methods. To achieve this goal, the following main tasks were solved: the main reasons that led to the emergence of private farms were investigated; the main trends of their development and transformation were analysed; the specific features of employment and social protection of the population working at the farms were shown; the problems faced by people working at the individual private farms were disclosed; the necessity of legislative regulation of their employment status and improvement of social protection was pointed out; foreign experience in social protection of small agricultural producers was studied and analyzed; the necessity of using such a positive experience in the development of measures to improve the social protection of people working at private farms of Ukraine was highlighted. Findings. According to the results of the study, suggestions were worked out for the improvement of the social protection of owners and employees of the individual private farms. Scientific novelty. The authors suggested and substantiated proposals for improving social protection of the owners and employees of the individual private farms. Practical significance. The prepared proposals will allow solving the problems of social protection of the owners of private farms, and most importantly significantly increasing the flow of funds to the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

Goal. To analyze the factors of influence on organizational culture by substantiating causal relationships and, on the basis of them, to form alternative scenarios for the development of organizational culture of the enterprise. Method. In order to achieve this goal, the following research methods were used: cognitive modeling (to determine alternative scenarios for the development of organizational culture); expert evaluation (for generalization and analysis of factors of influence on the organizational culture of the enterprise). Results. In this paper, alternative scenarios for the development of organizational culture of the enterprise have been formed on the basis of analysis of factors of influence and establishment of causal relationships between them. Scientific novelty. The best alternative to the development of organizational culture of the enterprise, in contrast to the existing ones, is the means of cognitive modeling of causal relationships between such factors: organizational culture, system of values and beliefs, crisis management, leadership and character of managers, employee motivation system, staff turnover, organizational structure, level of delegation of authority, search and transfer of information, working conditions, design of premises, bibliographic information about events and leaders of the organization, philosophy the existence and purpose of the enterprise, responsibility. Practical significance. Using the proposed approach will allow management to identify from an existing alternative the best way to achieve the development of organizational culture in the enterprise.
