Abstract
Anhand von Krankengeschichten bei Geschwisterpaaren mit Asbestose wird die Hypothese erarbeitet, das fur den Erwerb einer Asbestfibrose eine personliche Disposition keine wesentliche Bedeutung hat. Dagegen sind fur den Krankheits-Ablauf individuelle Faktoren anzunehmen, insbesondere eine Neigung zu unspezifisch-entzundlichen Komplikationen. Zur Beeinflussung einer Katarrh-Bereitschaft sind prophylaktische klimatische Kuren zu empfehlen.
