Abstract

Wetlands are natural areas with rare and fragile ecosystems. They have a multiple natural role, in terms of protection from natural influences, and to provide habitats for many species of flora and fauna. The role of wetlands in sustainable tourism development is very significant. The income from the tourism expenditures directly improves the protection of endangered plant and animal species, and the development of the local infrastructure and facilities for various forms of tourism.
