Abstract
The Paper seeks to review the period immediately before the 31 July 2013 harmonized elections in Zimbabwe the period during the said elections and the period after the elections keeping a wary for: 1) What the Southern African Development Community (SADC) said; 2) What the African Union (AU) said; 3) What the European Union (EU) said and finally; 4) What the United States of America (USA) said and also what the other local observers of the elections said about them. Thereafter, and as is always the tradition, the Paper will proffer a Summary, Conclusion and Recommendations to ensure future elections in Zimbabwe meet the minimum SADC standards of legitimacy, freeness, fairness and credibility without fail.
