Abstract
目的 建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿钒的方法.方法 以氟化钡作为基体改进剂,进样30μl,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定.结果 方法的特征浓度为1.11×10-3μg/L,3倍空白测定标准偏差的检出限为0.38μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.45%～1.29%.样品加标回收率为90.0%～101.2%;该法与ICP发射光谱法比较,测定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,适用于不同人群尿中钒的测定。
