Abstract

AbstractConfocal images of hindbrain neurons in two‐day old wild type (left) and tshz3b mRNA‐injected (right) zebrafish embryos. The two top panels show the GFP‐positive branchiomotor neurons (green) of Tg(isl1:GFP) embryos co‐stained with the zn‐5 antibody against Alcam a (red). The bottom two panels highlight the hindbrain reticulospinal neurons as visualized using the rmo44 α‐Neurofilament‐medium antibody. Overexpression of tshz3b perturbs the normal segmental patterning of these neurons.
