Abstract
In terms of what can be termed "Juridical Culture", the representation of the legal professions gains a central contour. The intention of this article is precisely to work with the context of the formation of legal culture as a formulation of bourgeois Eurocentric thinking, aimed at perpetuating the capitalist discourse at the center of Latin American axiological dissemination. To do so, we will use a figurative resource to explain the argument, that is, a vision of the context of advocacy that will be demonstrated by what was termed "Al Pacino Syndrome", constructing an allegory for this writing.
