Abstract

AbstractPhenolphthalein polyether ketone (PEK‐C) exhibits a marked tensile yield behaviour. The yield stress depends on strain rate and the activation volume V could be evaluated from the data of the yield stress. From the creep and stress relaxation behaviour, V could also be evaluated. So the yield behaviour can be interpreted by the viscoelasticity.
