Abstract
The 1991 volume of the Yearbook series follows the established pattern, with which it may now be anticipated there is universal familiarity. There is no new contribution under National Reports. The published Arbitration Awards emanate from the Hamburg Commodity Exchange, ICSID and the ICC, followed by a very helpful index; and the Court Decisions on Arbitration draw on decisions made in France, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Senegal, Switzerland and USA. The Arbitration Rules section include the Rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission; Rules of Procedure for the Court of Arbitration attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce; the Institute of International Law's Resolution on Arbitration between States, State Enterprises or State Entities and Foreign Enterprises; ICC Rules for a Pre-Arbitral Reference Procedure; and the Rules of Arbitration for Disputes under Contracts of Guarantee of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency.
