Abstract

The use of synchrotron radiation has recently gained considerable attention as an excitation source for X-ray fluorescence analysis. This article covers the current advantages and limitations of materials analysis by synchrotron radiation excited X-ray fluorescence, centering around the experimental cases of the author and his colleagues.
