Abstract

A 75 years old female presented with yellowish lesions around both the eyes. The lesions started as tiny yellow spots at inner canthus bilaterally and gradually progressed over the last two decades to involve the whole of skin around the eyes. On examination yellowish plaques, involving all the four eyelids in a circular fashion was bilaterally seen. A diagnosis of xanthelasma palpebrarum was made.
