Abstract On 1970 September 24, the Cygnus region was scanned with a large scintillation counter. From the analysis of the data between 5 and 35 keV, we report source locations for Cyg x-1, Cyg X-2, and Cyg X-3. The locations for Cyg X-2 and Cyg X-3 are in agreement with previous experiments. The center of the 20 arc min2 error box for Cyg X-1 is displaced by about 9' from the recently published Uhuru data.
