Abstract

Yerevan State University, Faculty of Physics, Department of Solid State Physics,Alex Manoogian 1, Yerevan 0025, ArmeniaAbstract. X-ray third-order nonlinear Bragg diffraction basic formulas both for monochromaticwaves and for x-ray pulses are presented. The main effects are discussed. The results of rockingcurves dependences on the intensity of the incident wave are presented and analyzed. The non-linear diffraction of x-rays becomes significant due to presence of intense x-ray synchrotronsources and XFELs.
