Abstract

The experimental results on diffraction of a spatially inhomogeneous X-ray beam made in the Laue geometry are presented. A diffraction lens with a full aperture A=168 mu m, number of zones N=23 and gold coating thickness tAu=1.5 mu m was fabricated to modulate the incident beam at the crystal entrance surface and focus the diffracted beam at the exit surface. A numerical simulation of the obtained image was produced and comparative analysis was carried out.
