Abstract

The article is a reflection on selected problems related to the existence of national parks in Poland. It consists of five points: the problems of ownership of a property situated in the national park, the right of pre-emption of real property located within its boundaries, planning in national parks, especially in relation to other planning instruments relating to the territory covered by it and the problem of determining national park protection zone and the boundaries of a national park. The article concludes with the findings, both de lege lata and de lege ferenda.
