Abstract

In this article, the author performs a comparative legal analysis of selected aspects of the organization of mass events in Germany and Slovakia with the Polish regulations contained in the Act on the Safety of Mass Events of March 20, 2009. The legal acts in force in this matter were analyzed, and the discussed issues were compared with the views expressed by legal commentators and representatives of the literature on the subject. The author presents the advantages and disadvantages of legal solutions used in individual countries and strives to establish role models.
