Abstract

Objectives: Upper airways (UAW) may represent an initial site of infection and reservoir for subsequent reinfection by CF respiratory pathogens. This study investigated lung microbiological status in patients with stable disease and in a lung transplant patients group and compared different nasal lavage (NL) sampling performances.
