She earned a master's degree in Instructional Systems from Penn State-Great Valley. Pamela is both an international member of ISPI and a member of the Great Valley Chapter, where she served two terms as Secretary. Milheim is currently an associate professor of education (Instructional Systems) and the academic division head for the College of Education programs at Penn State Great Valley in Malvern, Pennsylvania. He has a master's degree in Health Education and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, both from Kent State University. His current research interests include instructional design, multimedia, distance education, and computer-based learning. He has published a number of articles on these topics in national journals and has made numerous presentations at both regional and national conferences.
