Abstract

This study examines the moderating influence of workplace spirituality (WS) on the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and career satisfaction (CS) and turnover intention (TI). We used a survey research design and gathered data from 124 individuals working for different organizations to test our proposed model. The results indicate that WS moderates the relationship POS and CS but does not moderate the relationship between POS and TI. We found support for positive relationship between POS and CS and negative relationship between POS and TI consistent with existing literature. Then we consider the theoretical and practical implications of these findings and acknowledge the research limitations and suggest directions for future research.
