Abstract

This review paper intends to highlight and outline the previous studies done in the area of workplace spirituality. Since the concept of workplace spirituality is three decades old only, it has garnered a lot of attention from various domains. The bibliometric analysis is done using the SCOPUS database with keywords “Organizational spirituality” or “Workplace Spirituality” or “Spirit at work” or “Spirituality at work”. This search query with a selected filter produced 413 documents for the final bibliometric analysis. The analysis showed the major contribution of two countries; USA and India in terms of the number of articles published. The VosViewer and biblioshiny (R) software have been used to identify the major keywords, themes, and clusters of connected articles. Based on the thematic mapping, authors have tried to find the major themes and gaps for future studies also. The review would help researchers in understanding the major trends and emerging themes in the area of Workplace Spirituality.
