How does the party spirit affect workers? The analysis is as follows: 1. The broad masses of workers support the party leadership and socialism. They urgently hope that there can be improvement in the party spirit and in the social atmosphere. However, with regard to the current state of the party spirit, party members' exemplary role, and cadres' roles as models and leaders, there is dissatisfaction.
