Abstract
In Russia, the admission to the performance of duties of employees who have not been trained and tested for knowledge of labor protection requirements is illegal and entails a fine of up to 130 thousand rubles. Therefore, it is necessary to provide training in the field of labor protection. Occupational health and safety specialists of one of the world leaders in the production of aluminum extrusion AKFA Group (Uzbekistan) shared their experience in implementing systems to save the life and health of workers at the holding's enterprises.
