Abstract

Gas industry facilities with autonomous power supply require reliable and uninterrupted operation of generating equipment. For the power supplying of gas production and gas transmission facilities, auxiliary power plants with a gas piston and gas turbine drive are used. Existing standard power supply schemes do not always allow providing the required level of reliability and stability of the entire autonomous energy system of a complex technological facility. The paper considers scientific and technical methods for improving the reliability and stability of the autonomous electric power systems in the gas industry to ensure the smooth operation of technological equipment..
