Abstract
In recent years, researchers and policy makers have been interested in research and practical solutions for energy efficieny and environmental technologies and its impacts on the labour market in particular for women. One of the Study Visit tours to Germany, organized by LA°FE e.v. and sponsored by Centre for European Union Education and Youth Programmes, widened my view in terms of women participation in technical jobs toward energy efficieny and environmental technologies. I don’t want to talk about numbers or research but one of the projects they conduct every year throughout the country called “The Girls’ Day!”
