WITHDRAWN: Thermo mechanical properties of teflon composites with filled hydraulic oil

Abstract

Mechanical components utilized in machinery, like nylon slider and simple machine, ought to have certain mechanical properties and smart tribological properties, so equipment’ stability and smoothness can be assured. A kind of megahertz nylon (monomer solid nylon) composites stuffed with hydraulic oil was studied during this paper. The addition of hydraulic oil-modified nylon’s mechanical properties and tribological properties significantly, and improved the material’s toughness and coefficient of friction. The composites have glorious strength, toughness, and relatively low constant of friction when the content of the hydraulic oil is 4 wt%.
