Abstract

In this paper, we test the effect of the Sun attraction on the orbital elements of the Sun-synchronous satellites in emulation motion by the Celestial Mechanics software system module. SATORB (Beutler,2005) With satellite parameters that move in the Sun-synchronous orbit (shown in Table 1 .) were used to study the effect of the perturbation on the orbital elements for a satellite with period 360 days, we studied periodic perturbation in semi-major axis (a), the eccentricity (e), inclination (i) and the sigma of Sun-synchronous satellites when eccentricity (e) = 0 and = 0.2. We founded the effect of solar radiations on orbital elements (semi-major axis (a), inclination (i), eccentricity (e), sigma) of a satellite are more when eccentricity (e) = 0.2 , that is mean the effect of the force of solar radiation affected by the eccentricity of the orbit.
