Abstract

Abstract The Indian MRO sector is expected to become Asia's center, but the lack of quality in aircraft maintenance training has become a major bottleneck for future development. This paper explores the summary of the prospects for the Indian MRO sector to maintain its $900 million USD business and to overcome the binding partnership that is dragging the development process. The needs of human factors in Indian aircraft maintenance programs and their effect on profitability and protection by maintenance are studied.
