Abstract

Mathematical modelling and numerical approach can play a very vital role to express a mathematical formulation and explanation. The calculation of tumor cell growth and proliferation has been considered generally in early stage, both experimentally via the multicellular spheroid review, and theoretically using mathematical modeling formulation. Short oxygen levels in tumor cells may be a basic cause of uncontrollable avascular tumor progress in some cancers. In this numerical approach of this study for the development of tumor involving the effects of oxygen and glucose concentration together is analyzed on a mathematical model. Also, the new mathematical model implicates a different representation of cell development, which reproduces contact inhibition of migration and tumor cell growth. The mathematical model is solved numerically using finite difference scheme and further the magnitudes of parameters are analyzed.
