This paper reveals an experimental analysis on the impact of Water hyacinth ash on the elasticity modulus of concrete. It is a significant parameter to establish the capacity of cement to twist elasticity. The examination accomplished for Modulus of flexibility is to assess the stress–strain relationship of cement with and without substitution of cement. The outcomes are gotten from the regression analysis technique for traditional and 10% Replacement cement. The outcome got for Elastic Modulus of Replacement cement is much like conventional concrete. The studies were carried out on M30 grade of concrete with a cylindrical specimen.
