WITHDRAWN: Energy efficient resource allocation for a sustainable computing environment

Abstract

Cloud computing is a highly scalable infrastructure and also cost effective for managing High Performance Computing (HPC) system and Web applications. It provides software, platform and Infrastructure services. As the demand of the cloud infrastructure is increased day by day, the consumed energy by the data centers is also hugely increased. The world’s highest electricity consumer is data center. It leads to the problem of high carbon emissions. It affects the environment. High carbon emission problem is the impact of Cloud computing on the environment. So the utilization of energy in an efficient way is more important. Here heuristic technique is used to solve this problem.
