Abstract

The problem of transport in the cities of Iraq is a complex and complex problems, especially that “most of the cities of Iraq are characterized by horizontal expansion, which is related to the advantage of the pressure on the service, as well as” the problems of transport and bottlenecks and traffic congestion as well as the breadth and enormous population pressure, not to mention the regulation of entry and import of cars, Which led to the fact that the cities of Iraq, especially the city of Baghdad itself is a complex problem difficult to resolve. The global digital revolution brought with it the transition to a new era of civilization, as it reflected a tremendous transformation in communication technology and in the curricula of cultures and information systems, and unleashed broad trends in the employment of communication and informatics technology in the organization of transport and others. This new trend does not establish its applications and programs in opening the future of the organization of digital transport without the acquisition of a set of data that begins to form the phenomena of the development of graphic and visual software technology to the creation of the communication network that defines new functions of visual language and visual and audio files, these digital programs reflect the essence of the era (Digital). Thus, the digital transport base has become closer to science, which employs many other scientific results in the development and production of digital maps. The goal of digital organization is to reproduce the same reality by controlling the image and moving the reality from its locus in the place to what is virtual and imagining and borrowing other places may be outside the geographical space as well as interference.
