Abstract

Abstract An endemic Cucurbittaceae family plant Diplocyclos palmatus contains different kinds of medicinal materials. Hence, this work investigated the Diplocyclos palmatus biomaterials (proteins) properties using bioinformatics tools such as Uniprot, SWISSMODEL, SOPMA, SOSUI, Expasy Protparm and Clustal OMEGA for the future medicinal studies. The characterized proteins are also compared with the super family plant biomaterials. Then, Homology modeling carried for the proteins of the plant materials and successfully compared with the well-established plant biomaterials. In addition, Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase structure was analyzed by phylogenetic analysis for the confirmation of Cucurbittaceae family. The useful proteins bio information’s were analyzed and reported.
