Abstract

Organizations must keep up with new technologies such as artificial intelligence to take advantage of opportunities (AI). When the usage experience (UX) is not missing, modern software with AI features is successful. UX programmers need to know more about relevant AI techniques and take advantage of their affordability to deliver better user-centric AI functions in apps. Many UX designers currently lack such knowledge, and the purpose of this work is to fill this gap by proposing a new e-learning approach that focuses on existing knowledge of human-centric IA by UX designers. In close cooperation with the software company Vism, the proposed e-learning method was developed and evaluated. Build science analysis is the overall analytical approach (DSR; [1] ). On the basis of cutting-edge research and semi-structured interviews with six Visma AI experts the proposed methodology and related e-learning material were created. A technology adoption model (TAM: [10] ) was used for testing the planned e-learning strategy, assessing the behavioural intention of UX designers to take the new path. The findings indicate that e-learning was supposed to be used in the near future to learn AI techniques. Together the e-learning approach has been tested and the design has been improved and after the first test feedback has been given more graphic elements. After the last evaluation, the purpose of the behavioural approach to e-learning improved from the first assessment. This study leads to the transformation of companies to more professional AI workers through a new e-learning approach. Future research should concentrate on improving other functions in AI learning.
