Abstract

The system recovery process is speeded up when wind power participation in black start, and it is important to solve the wind power penetration limit during the black start process. Considering that the wind farm in the adjacent area has a strong correlation, the paper finishs wind speed model considering correlation by Copula theory. Many random scenes are constructed by latin hypercube sampling and reduce to typical sences by scenes elimination technology based on synchronous loopback elimination meth. Based on the sences wind power penetration limit calculation mode of sence law is proposed when wind power participates in black start and solves the model by genetic algorithm. Finally, the black-start wind power penetration limit calculation is performed using an IEEE 39-bus system with double wind farm as an example.
