Abstract

In order to give full play to the promotion effect of the Photovoltaic-Battery Energy Storage Systems (PV-BESS) in the black start process, and to achieve the purpose of effectively accelerating the system recovery, this paper establishes a PV-BESS as a black start power model and proposes a distributed photovoltaic energy storage system based on cluster partition strategy to participate in the black start strategy. Firstly, the paper abstracts the power grid to be restored and establishes the restoration grid system model. The aim is to minimize the grid loss and voltage offset to ensure the stability of the black start process. Secondly, the Dijkstra algorithm is used to calculate the shortest distance between the node and the black start power supply to divide the grid frame to be restored to achieve cluster parallel recovery, simplify the power grid structure and shorten the recovery time, thereby greatly improving the success rate of black start. Finally, the IEEE39 system is used as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
