Abstract
INTRODUCTIONThis protocol describes whole-mount immunohistochemistry of short-tailed fruit bat (Carollia perspicillata) embryos. This method is used for direct visualization of the expression pattern of a protein of interest within embryos fixed at a wide range of developmental stages. It has been used with good results on embryos at stages from CS 11 through CS 15.
