Abstract

A 78-year-old man was admitted to our institution complaining of hematochezia. Colonoscopy showed flat-elevated lesion with a central depression in the lower rectum (Fig.1a). Magnifying endoscopic findings with narrow-band imaging (M-NBI) in the right edge of the lesion showed that the vessel pattern is obscure because of white opaque substance (WOS)(Fig.1b).
