Abstract

A previously healthy 73-year-old man visited our clinic for 2 weeks history of dysuria and nocturia. Physical examination revealed a palpable mass, sized 12 cm without tenderness, over the supra-pubic area. Digital examination of the rectum detected an enlarged, non-tender prostate deviated to right aspect. The laboratory findings were unremarkable.
