Abstract
А case of giant congenital bladder diverticulum in a second trimester fetus is presented. On the ultrasonography at 16 weeks of gestation extremely enlarged anechoic pelvic mass compressing bladder was detected. Autopsy subsequent to the termination of pregnancy revealed giant bladder diverticulum. Several other abnormalities were also noted: cleft palate and lungs hypoplasia.
